Stretch after your workouts. More flexibility and you don't even up with a sore body the next day. Don't get lazy or you'll get sorer and sorer until you can't do anything until you take a couple or more days off.

And to fix phone/tablet/desk job hunch, lay on your stomach with your chest propped up on a couple pillows (or if you have one of those lounge pillows with the little arms, flip it over like a wedge) while you read, watch TV, etc.
Basically do the opposite of the posture you have all day, stretching the front of your body (abs, hips) and restoring your back's arch. For your desk/office chair, instead of sitting forward, put your ass at the back of the seat with a slight recline so your shoulders are back and your hips open more than 90 degrees.
And of course deadlift, row, and in general do at least as much pulling as pushing.
