not sure if there are real ways like things you can take for it, but for me I am not so great at memorizing things I don't really care a lot about. for those things you just have to hammer it in every single day. and even then you'll forget it after a while.

I made index cards with formulae on them and I'd carry them with me. So I'm out and if I'm waiting in line or something I'll take them out, study them, and repeat them to myself. A week of this helped me memorize double angle formulae and stuff. Of course, months later I have forgotten them but if I had kept it up for longer I would have remembered them longer too. and refreshing yourself every once in a while must help too.

Memories can be like a cat that doesn't want to be pet: trying to chase it down will just make it run and hide. But if you just sit there all peaceful-like it MIGHT just come to you. And just like there are MANY little animal psychology tricks that could make it want to come to you more and more, there are plenty more means and methods to train in meditation techniques to get your sqwawking monkey mind to chill the fuck out and act more like a well-oiled productivity machine, even if all the productivity you want produced at that moment is "where the FUCK are my car keys?!".

You can find many ways on the Internet. I usually play memory games, read a lot of books and learn Spanish which also develops my memory

There are many ways to improve memory. For me, the best solution is to watch various documentaries and special films where you need to remember a lot of little things. Recently I read https://www.firestickhow.com/hypersonic-tv-iptv-review.html and I want to connect and continue watching similar films. Sometimes my friends and I watch documentaries separately and then get together to discuss how many small things we noticed in the film
