i got stomach flu and I my asshole was open for 24/7, I was even peeing through my asshole more liquid than through my urethra. I didn't measure my weight but I look really skinny now

Nothing like too much caffeine to curb your appetite! You can go all day without eating with enough of it. Not exactly healthy depending on how much you need to shut your stomach up along with the attendant headache and bleh-ness from lack of food and caffeine overdose. But neither is being fat. If hunger (not craving or boredom or whatnot whether or not one's hungry) is your main obstacle to losing weight – or to Intermittent Fasting, Carb Cycling, and/or One Meal A Day nutrition plans (OMAD) – try hitting up that coffee pot 2-3 times daily?

because the body tends to turn carbs directly into fat if the carbs aren't used. If you're eating alot of carbs then sleeping immediately, all you're doing is converting them pretty much instantly into fat cells because you're not using those carbs.
