/fit/ how do I grow out my mandibular angles to get longer and wider? I need them to align with my chin or be even lower than it. Is this possible or am i just going to have to use a hack saw to shave off the rest of my jawline and chin?

Grow a beard if you are a chinlet. I'm generally anti-beard, but I have a massive chin.

Not a chinlet, I actually have a really good chin but want to align my Mandibular angles with it and get the perfect jawline.

Yes, it is possible. Mine grew without trying, but I was taking stuff and doing stuff that might have that effect. I think most importantly, the condition of the joints and cartilage must be healthy. A frozen or calcified temporomandibular joint will not be conducive to reshaping of the jawline. Much of the appearance of the mandible has to do with its resting posture in relation to its joints, and it will not look good if it cannot breathe and move somewhat freely during growth and development. This is a realistic situation. When my temporomandibular joints spontaneously popped, I suddenly became aware that I had not had full usage of my mandible up until that point and my hearing changed due to the change in pressure on my ear drums. When you can move freely, you can chew optimally for a different effect on the bones and muscles of the mandible.
I believe vitamin K2 (MK-4) helped, but I recently learned that cartilage cells may require mead acid in order to prevent their calcification. Mead acid cannot be made in the body when the diet contains even slightly too much polyunsaturated fat or there is a biotin deficiency. It turns out that I had been very strictly avoiding polyunsaturated fats and supplementing a little biotin here and there. I think this was key to rejuvenating my joints. All of my joints are healthier—not just the temporomandibular joints.

I already get enough K 12 and biotin from eating animal organs. Although maybe it's less than what you took if you took like two capsules of vitamins a day or so. I have no clue how to detect polyunsaturated fats in my foods though, everyone tells me to filter them out of my diet but I have no clue how.

Yeah, guy in OP looks slightly retarded. There is such a thing as "too much of a good thing" and apparently it does apply to jaws.

only way is to chew hard gum and try to grow your mandible muscles, mewing might work slightly but youre probably past the age where youll get good results, I've taken k2 vitamins like another anon said, not sure if it helped but I have a pretty decent jaw angle

Probably because of his upper face matching so poorly with his lower face but you can clearly find better examples of this.

Brother the only angle I need is 90 degrees, anything less is suicide tier, and honestly I have no clue where my jawline is currently I just need to amplify it while I have time.
I hate to ask but how can I detect polyunsaturated fats in food?

>polyunsaturated fats
Polyunsaturated fat can be found mostly in nuts, seeds, fish, seed oils, and oysters

Well, I didn't choose the pic. I just wonder why OP picked someone who looks pretty retarded as his goal. I agree, there's better examples, probably plenty more balanced examples, but this guy has possibly the biggest jaw I have seen. It looks retarded.
