This is a routine from "convict conditioning" by paul wade. Its an example of what someone might use after a couple years of calisthenics training. But im really bored all the time after a few months training and too much energy i want to switch.
Do u recomend?

I follow convict conditioning and do full body 3 times a week (no 2 days in a row).
3 sets per exercise.

Why bother with doing all of that calisthenic work when you could get the same results in about half the time with lifting?

do bouldering for variation from doing only exercises.
Vid related, a professional climber with the ideal male body. You may not like it, but this is what peak performance looks like.

Calisthenics produces the same results in the same amount of time. Weight is weight.

Comparable bodyweight movements aren't as taxing as free weight movements for two reasons: firstly, the weight being moved largely includes the muscles doing the moving, and secondly, training for time under tension will NOT produce anywhere near the strength adaptation that pure resistance training does.

Both have advantages and disadvantages and are meant for different people with different objects in mind. I think the people who do calisthenics want to have strenght proportional to size and definition. It doesn't look bad in skinny guys and for those who don't like being too bit it's also a nice workaround.

This is wrong unless you don't include different modes of body weight exercise/movement besides Convict Conditioning or some shit.
Most you do will build muscle and strength if you do it right. Example: Break dancing can build muscle and strength if you work on it the right way for the right amount of time.
[https://youtu.be/y_uw_rSA2Qc?t=82] This dude is ripped and he makes the moves look effortless and smooth, transitioning between difficult moves like it's nothing because he's worked on it in order to do so. If you tried to achieve the same, you'd be as big as him. Time under tension and difficult movements will develop muscle. Doing things explosively will add muscle. Doing heavy eccentrics (falling gracefully as a transition through a point it would be impossible to hold yourself up is an extremely loaded eccentric – which tears and builds a lot of muscle) will build muscle.
You're a retard.

Way to knock down that strawman, fella. Literally nobody said that calisthentics and bodyweight movements can't build muscle and strength. The point is that it's not as efficient as resistance training with weights for the purposes of building strength and muscle mass, because if it was, gyms wouldn't exist.

The classic way to prove this is one arm handstand pushups. Better than overhead press, but a natural movement that the brain and body comprehends.

I have read the first and second books. I am not doing any of the supplemental stuff yet because I feel like I am still making good gains just from doing the big six.

>what are male gymnasts
Lifting weights is faster, and more attainable for the average man, but don't put down calisthenics as something that won't build mass.

From what I understand, gymnasts will use calisthenic movements but with weights.

I picked calisthenics because no membership or commuting required. That's a kind of efficiency by itself.
