Thats what I dont understand about keto. for me, I get as many fruits/dairy I can and prioritize them right behind protein.
But im not in keto and dont care about carb intake

Get a counter like poundaweek app on android…the misconception is that drinking 2 servings of milk would take you out of keto because you would still be consuming a large amount of protein and fat(fat being the larger variable because double calories per gram) thereby offsetting your daily carb percentage intake. Just keep that one meal to around 2k calories, make sure your protein intake is double your fat intake. Thats the most optimal i can think of
