Are these just sugar powders or do they actually do anything?

Bcaas I have some experience and knowledge with but what about ketone salts?

Are they instant or faster ketosis?

or u could just follow a ketogenic diet

and workout properly.

or you can obsess over spending thousands monthly on

powder, likely the opposite philosophy of why many people start diets/nutrition

Short answer: No.

Long answer: In a industry where powders, mre's, supplements, vitamins and more are all promoted by known steroid users who did not earn gains naturally, and anyone who uses them naturally makes no gains, along with the large market, illegal ingredients which either don't work or do work but are actually nerfed steroids meaning taking actual steroids would be better, and scientific fact that you do not need any extra nutrition until 60, then it becomes clear that spending money on such things is wasteful and should be saved for actual food or paying off your debt to your local Jew Gym owner.
