I assume that your goal isn't overall core strength, but just a e s t h e t i c s.

You won't get good obliques overnight. If you have significant bf%, you won't see your obliques no matter what you do, so fix your diet first.

Combine pic related with resistance band core rotations, some hanging leg raises and don't forget to do OHP, squats and deadlifts, and over a course of couple of months, if you have your diet right, you will have good obliques.

Honorable mentions - side hip raises, one arm lateral raises, uneven farmer's walk, and generally every other exercise, that you do only one sided, so your core is forced to stabilise you.
