I just started experiencing pain a few days ago in my lower core. When I fart it relieves the pressure and pain a little and when I eat the pain and pressure start building up. I think I have gas buildup in my intestines since it's in my lower abdominal area and i think the stomach is higher up.
Do you have any suggestions on diet or anything else to help?
I googled it and it just says drink tea and dont eat fiber or grease or smoke.
Is there any way I can induce farting to help? I tried curling oup my legs and it still doesn't help make me fart.
Apologies for a gross thread.

I'm about to go somewhere and can't look into your problem in detail or thoroughly explain all possibilities, but I'll mention real quick that potassium deficiency can cause gas and that the advice about fiber is helpful (I might also suggest temporarily avoid starches and definitely bread.) because this may be bacterial overgrowth and you don't want to feed the bacteria more than you have. Coffee and caffeine are good to get the intestines moving again, but you also need carbs to give the intestines energy so they can relax. Take a big dose (1-3 grams) of vitamin C because you may be dealing with a lot of endotoxin from the bacteria if that's what you got. Increased anxiety in this context is a very likely sign of high endotoxin levels.

Probably something nasty in your gut. Eat an onion and some spicy curry for an all out assault on your intestinal bad juju. If you're a lazy pos then put every spice and herb in your cupboard in a cup of hot water (or a big kettle) and drink that shit all day for a couple days. Don't eat, fast besides the JUICE – you can eat after a day but 2 days is probably best if your guts are dying. I put some oil in mine because it tastes better, but you should fast. OH and hotsauce, apple cider vinegar to boot.

I'm worried about using acid (curry/ac vinegar) to kill bacteria in gut in case it's an ulcer.

>in my lower core
can you be more specific. What type of pain, how long does it last where exactly is it located. Also have you been doing any heavy lifting or other unusual activity?
In any case I would recommend fasting. Despite what you may have heard you will not die if you go an entire day, or even several days! without eating.
