There are two methods
A.) the safest and more proven way to have a longer banana is mirco-tearing. I strongly advise against doing penis exercises, there's a very high chance of doing permanent damage to your penis which can adversely impact your erections, which are of paramount importance, moreso than size. Just do kegels and raise your testosterone.
The issue with high testosterone, and why most people have lower testosterone, is that it transforms into estrogen. Foreskin restoration doesn't bring back nerve endings, what it does do is induce mitosis in the remaining shaft skin until you have enough of it to cover the glans when flaccid, which will result in the glans dekeratinizing and becoming shiny, smooth and sensitive like normal.
