I am a perpetually cold person, to the point where I need to wear blankets around the house. My productivity is directly proportional to whether or not I have a hot cup of ____ to hold on to. Problem is, all the hot drinks are unhealthy.

>Hot Alcohol (mead, etc.) - bad b/c alcohol

>Hot Chocolate - bad b/c fat

>Hot Tea/Coffee - bad b/c caffeine

What holy, ephemeral drink can quench my thirst without quenching my vitals?

There's nothing wrong with caffeine. In fact, it's a mild cognitive enhancer.

You can try caffè d'orzo, which is made from roasted barley and contains no caffeine at all. Tastes fairly similar to coffee.

There is nothing wrong with coffee or tea. If the caffeine keeps you up, drink it in the morning, or drink decaf. Decaf is a thing, you know. Also, if the fat bothers you, drink cocoa instead of hot chocolate. I get the feeling you're the kind of little noodle fuck that needs more fat in your diet anyway. More fat and less semen.

However if you are very cold I'd suggest learning some clothing layering techniques.

One easy layering that I find people always miss is

This is literally how double layered pants work and will keep you surprisingly warm even with a thin pajama pants.

No it's not, are you stupid? It rapes your testosterone. I can see the argument for getting drunk with friends occasionally, it feels good and it's fun, but drinking alcohol for health reasons is utterly retarded. Ask any doctor if alcohol is good for you.

Any they will tell you that drinking alcohol in moderation is healthy. This isn't controversial stuff, it's conventional knowledge. Read literally any article on alcohol's effect on testosterone, it will tell you that it only has a significant effect in large amounts. You can drink 2-3 beers every day with only a very slight decrease in testosterone, and for most people moderate drinking wouldn't even be that. What's more, shitloads of studies have shown there are numerous other health benefits for moderate drinking.

The claim of alcohol being healthy when consumed in moderation is solely based on studies that show correlation, but no health benefits have been shown in causal studies. Current scientific consensus seems to be that alcohol even in moderation is bad for you but the health benefits from associated stuff such as spending time with people and lower stress levels are more important in the big picture.

I like to boil up a proprietary blended tea:

>pinch of hibiscus for sweetness

>some lime for taste and to better extract the kratom

If you're always cold, you probably have poor circulation. Do you take stimulants? Maybe some agmatine or arginine would help the blood flow…or just do some push-ups/jumping jacks.

99ffa3 No.141661

Bitching about drinking tea… Dude, if your only problem is that you drink tea, seriously, you're fucking fine.

There is 3 time less caffeine in tea than in a regular coffee. So drinking 3 mug of tea per day is the same as 1 mug of coffee (and less if it's green tea). That's totaly ok dude. Just don't drink black tea after 16 o'clock, and only green tea after. That's as simple as that.

Tea is the best beverage, with the lowest down of all. Putting tea and coffee in the same case is fucking retarded.

99ffa3 No.141662

I'm sure even monks drink tea.

Liks this guy said >>136713, the only thing after tea is hot water.

By the way, drink tea without sugar, obviously. Only drink tea in grain, never tea in bags, because of the level of fluorine. 3 cups of tea in bags, and you go over your limit; and that's without considering your toothpast (if you're even retarded to use one with fluorine in it), american tap water (lol), salt etc…

I used to drink tea in bags when young, up to three a day, and I regret now. I don't thing I damaged myself, but I would never know I guess.
