Honestly it's a little hard to hear with all the constant chattering and laughter going on in the background, and since I'm currently on my phone, I can't really rewind the video as accurately as I'd like, but from the sound of things, it seems there were some pretty mixed feelings regarding his death, some felt bad and regretted it, others were feeling pretty giddy and laughing a lot, possibly from the adrenaline of having just watched a man drown too death in urine. With this knowledge, the assisted suicide theory seems to hold up, of course we won't know for sure unless either one of two things happen; one, an accurate translation from a native speaker arises, or two; someone asks the owner of yapoos market to verify if the dude died.
