Depends on what you mean by manly.
I like guys with ripped, shredded, sculpted bodies–lots of muscle, but lean muscle, but not so much muscle it's weird–but then I prefer the faces a bit less so. Clear skin, soft features, but still identifiably male; they'd fail horribly as cross-dressers. Little or no bodily hair. I think of that as being masculine; you can't call a guy with eight-pack abs, broad shoulders, granite thighs, and flared laterals "effeminate."
Another guy I know likes the huge, beefy types. Not quite bodybuilders, but close. He likes them with tons of bodily hair and plenty of scruff, but no actual beard. there isn't much about your character that distinguishes him from other characters. He fills many roles so there's not much specific about him. He is bland and vague and there is nothing that makes him interesting.
If that works for you and you get plays you enjoy that way, then that's perfect and I'm happy for you (really!) but what you have won't be attractive to a lot of people. For reference, I'm a pink and I'm always looking for straight masculine blues to play with. I would skip the character over because he comes across as someone that you haven't put a lot of time and thought into.
I would recommend picking one of the roles for him in the dropdown and focusing the profile on it, giving him a backstory and more details to make him seem like more of a complete person.

That's some good advice and some things I'll be working into him, about to rework the profile now. I generally like to ask questions about my character, or to them-if that makes any sense. Based on what >>144723 said I've decided to go with the explorer role I have on the profile and expand that. I think there are a lot of good story hooks that can work for almost any genre setting.
So that brings up, why is he an explorer in the first place? Where did that pioneer spirit come from? and so on. I've been thinking on expanding on that human supremacy bit, maybe even tossing in a bit of racism. As he's traveled he's seen what other species or cultures can do, but damn if humans just don't get shit done, which leads him to that bit of thinking.
As to how he would react to your situation, he's actually feel shame that she would feel way, I mean, sure she's a knife ear, but that doesn't mean she's worthless, or even without any merit in his eyes. Which would be something interesting to work with, and seeing someone just tormenting someone non-human goes against his personal ethics. He may see humans as superior, but knows they're flawed and he has no desire to be cruel or malicious to non-humans. So he'd step in to put a stop to that.

Or most obnoxiously they're either AGGRESSIVELY gay and can't just leave it at "I like taking it and giving it in the butt" but have to slag off pinks/purples/femboys as gross like they're still goddamn 12 and afraid of cooties.(Or as an extension they're straight but blame LESBIANS and WORSTGENDERS for not getting any play… When they basically just make themselves look like a tool shouting about that stuff unprompted out in the open or in response to two girls doing room play together, because how dare.)
Hell sometimes (most of the time even) they're a mix of all these things.
