If its legal for ya, the best way I found to cut back drinking was with weed(dry vape best) when you crave it the most. Vinegar shots will give you the warm blood feeling. Ibuprofen and tea in the morning if you dont wanna be stoned all day but you might need to be depending how bad you are. I was averaging about 6 nati-ices a night or a 8% 40malt sometimes more, didnt have the bank for liquor all the time but would when i could… I did have a string of just getting cheap vodka but i started to get a leaky bladder from just pissing out diet7up cocktails every 1/2hr and went back to bum spirits before i went to weed. I still do drink but its rare, about once a month. I find it hard not to binge though still, cant get a bottle of wine and just have a glass, have to go through it all. But getting sober from weed is easy if you can translate to that. I did the same thing of going to different stores/gas stations but liquor is retail here and i just got the best deal for alcohol content so i had like 10 different places to go between.
