Take a carton of apple (or any other) fruit) juice that contains no sodium benzoate or potassium sorbate, then add a packet of dry baking yeast), pour out some liquid so it doesn't spill once it's fermenting and maybe add some sugar if you're using less sweet juice, shake and let stand on the windowsill with the cap opened and a part of a coffee filter or cloth tied over the opening for a couple days.
It's done once it stops moving and you can drink it if it doesn't smell like glue.
