How are you supposed to position your body before you jump off a high place? slowly lean forward? obviously not with a jump, that way your legs will go first, which is bad, probably. Do you have specific videos with successful suicides and the way the guy jumped?
Also any good suicide spots in México, Nuevo León, Monterrey? or just places you know are tall and have little security.

It depends more on the height than body position. Everything above 30m is guaranteed to kill you if the floor is hard. jumping into water requires at least 100m. You'll lose control of your body anyway once in mid air.
im not familiar with Mexico, but a good bet are Railway/Highway bridges. Here's a list with all mexican bridges.

Unfortunately most of these are at least a 6 hour drive away from your location.
There Seem to be a lot of skyscrapers in Monterrey. Does any of them have a visitor platform or similar?

I didn't find anything looking for buildings with visitor platforms, and looking for suicides that have happened around here, it's normally people with access to apartments and one guy managed to avoid security to jump off a really tall one.

With a chair, a noose, and a position to hang yourself from. You can do it with a door. Tie a knot around one knob, cast it over the rim, stand on a chair and tie it around your neck. The rest is easy enough.

I've heard stories of people clawing their necks really hard while trying to escape. Also I've heard you can do what Robin Williams did: tie it on a door knob and sit down, seems like it would require a lot of will to avoid standing up.

you jump backwards
not really jump
you sit on the fence facing the street side with your feet
then you let yourself fall backwards by swinging

If you can hang yourself while sitting, it means that you really had no other option and thus did the right thing. If you reconsider it and stand up, you're not ready to kys.
