Yall should do some fucking psychedelics. Lots of people have the mistaken impression that they make you happy, or they feel good or they tell you sweet lies or some shit. Wrong. As a doomer you're basically half there already. You see the nihilism but can't let go of it. Psychs actually take you deeper into the darkness. So deep, so far, that you punch through it to the other side and make peace with it so that the nihilistic aspects of life are celebrated and you can start living your life again, and can find meaning despite knowing that there ultimately isn't any. Life becomes an infinite booklet of blank checks that only runs out when you die. And even then things will be fine, because nothing mattered in the first place anyway.

But I do. Quite often actually. Like at least once per month. Sometimes are better than others but I always enjoy the introspection. There is the possibility that things get a bit disorientating, my existential fear can get a hold of myself or shadows of my childhood where I was bullied show up but that's part of me and better I'm aware of it than not. At least I can rationalize it to be a healing process. On the other end of the spectrum there where two times I experienced true feelings of enlightenment. I'm not a mystical person but like E.M. Cioran I think everyone is poorer if he didn't have these moments. Drugs or not.
Unrelated but LSD also is involved in my suicide strategy. I plan to take 6 or 7 tabs and go swimming far into the ocean. I know I will pass out and die. I imagine it to be both effective and peaceful. But at the moment life it's still comfy so it's just a daydream.
