I've read a lot of Doomer stuff here and on Reddit and just want to let you guys know that, if you can't get away from being a Doomer, for whatever reasons, you still have a future. It might be a future of lonely nights and a boring job but it's still something. I'm 44 and was dooming in the 90's right when it was starting to get really bad with girls turning into worthless thots left and right. It wasn't always like that. In the 80's, girls were generally sweet, nice, slender, and cute, and couldn't wait to be your lady and have kids. I don't know what went wrong, but in the 90's they turned into cold hearted snearing bitches that were too cool for anyone. Then in the 2000's they just got fat. Then in the 2010's they shaved and dyed their hair. I don't see this trend reversing itself very soon. It's bad out there. I thought about killing myself a lot, because of the loneliness. I did get a GF when I was 20 and finally lost my virginity but she turned out to be married and was screwing around with me and a couple of other guys while her husband was serving in Iraq. I searched for wife material for 25 years before giving up. They either were always a whore, bitch, used up post-wall with kids and 2 ex husbands, or just not interested (mostly the latter), or a combo of all those. My advice, do try to find your happiness, but if it just ain't happening after a few years, let go. Don't go spinning your wheels and putting yourself out there over and over just to get run over repeatedly. It's not worth it. There is life after 35 without a family. It's a very peaceful and sometimes lonely life, but you are completely free. I no longer feel the urge to pursue women and have become happy with my situation. I think you can too, if it comes to that. Just take care of yourself and don't worry about anything else.

Allow me to pass on some useful advice. And keep in mind, this is coming from someone now in their 40's who at 30 was pretty much a burned-out ruin of his former self. And who managed to turn at the very least his health around.
First off is the obvious: Refrain from processed foods/oils. Avoid hard drugs. As best you can, filter the poison they call tap-water; bottled water is worse! Avoid all the obvious garbage that creates needless stress in ones life: Marriage, mortgages, focusing entirely upon a career that at the end of your days will mean completely fuck-all, etc. Instead, develop an almost Taoist/Zenlike indifference to life. Especially one that in the most positive sense is quasi-nihilistic without the self-centered, melancholic trappings associated with a blatantly blackpilled/depressive headspace. Depression/stress will age you like milk!
Now, what few understand is that you can literally re-program your own nervous system & near-prevent your body from aging. Do this by taking yourself out of a linear-time mindset. Without exception, DO NOT acknowledge your age in any sense, to the point of actually forgetting it. This does not mean going through life acting like a permanent manchild. What we're talking about here is literally tricking your nervous system (pic related) into halting the aging process somewhat, or better, altogether. So again let me repeat myself because it is most important: NEVER celebrate your birthday, let alone acknowledge it. Become almost totally indifferent to the passing of the seasons. Holidays most of all! All of these are pushed on us from childhood in order to keep us locked into, & a slave to, linear time/space. You know all that lame shit about "You're only as young as you feel"? Well, it's true! Remove yourself from linear time by any & all means & watch your aging process slow to a crawl! This, of course, takes years. Don't expect immediate results! But no word of a lie, it works! And never say to yourself, "I feel old". Otherwise you are literally programming yourself to age at an accelerated rate! The choice is yours.
On the more practical side: Protect your liver, the one organ without which all the others cannot properly function. The side advantage of this is that you can drink liquor like a fish to the end of your days! The answer is easy & cost effective: Buy organic lemons, squeeze at least half into a cup with filtered water & drink no less than 3 times a week. And especially after a heavy night of partying! If you're fortunate enough to have the $, take milk thistle supplements as well! Both are effective but better when used in conjunction with one another.
All the hippy, health-freak bullshit about green tea (& herbal teas in general: Emphasis on mint, ginger, burdock) is true, but only when augmented with raw honey (hence the reason why the blackhat elite are deliberately killing off bee populations worldwide). The same goes for curcumin (turmeric extract, a powerful anti-inflammatory). Or adding aluminum-free baking soda to drinking water to promote alkalinity & lower body acidity (which viruses & cancer especially thrive in). Oil of oregano, while costly, is worth every penny.
And lastly, Bio-PQQ (a.k.a. PQQ-10). Protects & restores your cells. Pricey, sure, but equally priceless.
A true /doomer/ in the material sense has fuck all to show for their existence, especially where $'s are concerned. Do what you can. Just as long as it doesn't deprive you of liquor/weed or a roof over your head. And the upside to this: You will literally have chicks half your age still checking you out, even as haggard fucks ten years your junior look 10-20 years older than you, kek. Maintaining your youth opens doors in every sense. And even the most hardcore /doomer/ needs the tiniest sliver of hope, even if it's simply not hating the tired old fuck staring back at you in the mirror every morning as you face yet another grinding, drag-ass day in this pitiful routine called life.

I got a job and the boyfriend dudes dad is my boss and he was talking about this whore and im seriously considering telling him because he is no nonsense, but at the same time people are so fucked today tthese people are probably swingers and ill be the one who gets fucked. The worst part is 100% of the people she associates with wear jesus crosses on their necks, sell cocaine because they are protected by police, cheat on their SO, and support and encourage her behavior. This shit completely sent me back to monk mode. Women literally come up to me now, and it means absolutely nothing because i know that no matter what they always turn into a pile of shit. Theres just fancier wrapping released every year. I literally have zero reason to be alive, this is objectively a waste of time, but i will continue to build my temple. I am actually content in some ways but i am not going to continue to manifest a reality for these useless thots and the billions of simps . I dont care if i have to kill myself, if these people continue to spread it would not be humane for me to provide fuel to this garbage system
