Crafting: Weaponised tools
Your engineering knowledge expands to cover each of the ways your tools can be used to hurt another person/monster. It's usually easier to find fuel and tool parts than ammunition, but your 'weapons' aren't as fine tuned or flexible as purpose built guns/swords, and they have a tendency to break at the least opportune moment.
