Shapeshifting is OP
Summary
I had to take a lot of drawbacks, negative world changes, and unwanted gender changes to afford all of my perks and abilities. Thankfully, shapeshifting is an amazing ability that allows me to get around most of them. For example, the starting gender choice is just extra points to me. I'll keep the extra 7 points I was given for starting as a futanari and shapeshift into a true male form. The sexism and racism that would be directed towards a human futanari is completely negated by shifting into a male high elf form. The dark prophecy drawback will make people distrustful of me, but how will they even know it's me?
I'm counting on Cordelia to help me out with my increased libido drawback. Since I took the sex god perk, she will likely be willing to do so. The lightweight drawback can be negated by avoiding alcohol, which shouldn't be hard since my perfect body perk lets me get by without eating or drinking. My race fetish is vampire. Both my companion and my rival are vampires. I don't see this as a "drawback". The milking drawback can be mitigated by frequent ejaculations. The "you and me" drawback is free points, since I only intended to take one companion from the start - too many waifus ruin your laifu. The cursed loot change isn't hard to deal with. I'll just wait until I'm in the presence of an exorcist before I equip any loot.
The perfect body perk will give me plenty of extra time since I won't need to sleep. That extra time combined with my master level enchanting abilities should let me create top-tier magical items. The planeswalker perk will give me something to do when I outgrow this world.
In combat I will shapeshift into a mythical beast like a dragon. In places where there isn't enough space to take on a huge form I will transform into something smaller like a werewolf. Magic immunity will make me very hard to take down with spells. If I do take damage I have nature magic to heal myself. The arcane ritual ability will let me instantly heal myself up to 10 times in combat. My trump card goes with my theme of being a shapeshifter. For 30 seconds I'll shift into an overpowered lovecraftian form.
The genders change to the world makes 90% of the population female. The beauty change makes all of those females beautiful. These two changes combined with upgraded plot armor will make death avoidance a pleasure. My mission will be to protect Cordelia from the theocracy. In the process I may end up destroying the country and fulfilling the dark prophecy.

Well I know this gnome chick…" From Mage I'll take Arcane Rituals to have handy instant spells while infiltrating. Nature Magic will let me just summon anything I need for Herblore use, and Shapeshift will make it absolutely fucking cake to get in and out of anywhere unnoticed. I mean goddamn, it feels good to be OP.

Bag of Holding and Seeker's Map just turn this into actually a video game. I'll take a Perfect Body because I am not a fan of getting knocked up. I'll be able to use Way Stones. I'll take a Mount and upgrade it to a Monstrous Mount. A wyvern will do, something just big enough to ride in flight and fight off an attacker or two. I suppose I could just use my overpowered stealth to just waltz right out anyway, but Meredith is the least hassle and I don't really give a damn about the glory.

. I threw out powergaming, went theme, and it worked out great. Jack of all, master of some. Archer, sneak, mage, healer, melee (beast companion), and shapeshifter for charisma since I can always look hot. Not the first time making a fun instead of powerful build ended up strong in a game.

My powers make me like a minor forest goddess. With shapeshifting I can make my hair suitable to cover my body and be super hot looking. My companions are cute and nice, and since I can fill every role I only need a bit of extra muscle and don't need to worry about party balance. Bottom Bitch will probably limit my shapeshifting potential, but that is fine.

As a fairy mage with Magic immunity I'm basically impossible to touch. I'm too small and fast to shoot with arrows, too high up to hit in melee and completely immune to any direct magic attack. I took elemental immunity (water) on top of that so that I can be immune to cold, particularly from my own ice magic. As a result I can do things like wear conjured ice armor or drown and/or freeze my enemies by filling an area with extreme cold and/or flooding it. How many of those things might count towards magic immunity I can't say, but I like having options.
Because magic is so powerful in this world (magiocracy) being immune is doubly beneficial. It also means that any non-magic party members are borderline useless. The only exception I made for this is Cassandra, reasoning that if someone like her could manage in this world she would have to have some effective tricks for dealing with rediculously overpowered mages. Anyone else would just be cannon fodder.
Selenia as my rival may or may not be the easiest to "beat", but if worst comes to worst I can accept her proposal, then commit suicide, resetting back to the very beginning. The "restart" drawback on rewind time is perhaps one of my greatest strengths. Especially combined with Perfect Memory allowing me to remember every last detail of my previous attempts, there's very little chance of failing twice.
Shapeshifting+Silver Tongue has all sorts of social uses. Combined with magic immunity protecting from any kind of dispel or true sight I could probably take over the city within a week. Shapeshifting also helps with sex, seeing I'm a fairy and not exactly shaped to take advantage of things. It's a lewd world out there, I need to be prepared to enjoy it at times.

Selene will be difficult, but ultimately, she relies on magic, to which I am immune. I'll execute karmic justice and 'suck' her abilities using my Trump Card and grant them to Morgana, accelerating her growth. After that, I'll most likely just sell her off. I have no interest in lolis.
Ariane on the other hand will be tricky. I assume me being her familiar will prevent me from directly using magic on her. Good thing my sleight of hand is pure skill, and that the most powerful user in the world is bound to carry her spellcasting focus/tome/map/weakness on her person. I'll just have to disrobe her just as the summoning ends, then flip the tables and summon HER. After 'sucking' her dry using my Trump Card, I'll sell her back on her home plane.

I'll start off working as an assassin for whatever faction requires one the most. Instead of killing my targets (whom I'll reach easily using Shadow Magic), I'll store them in my bag of holding. After I gather enough of them, I'll use my Trump Card to go through them all quickly, focusing on their leadership and persuasion abilities. After, I'll either sell them off discreetly, or kill them.
Once I've amassed enough, I'll use my Economist and leadership to buy my way to being head-guildmaster of the realm. My road will be difficult, what with prejudice directed at me, but I can always suicide-reset and try different paths until I get it right.

Redtext for new additions. I removed Destructible armor. Reincarnation could be a serious drawback combined with Reset on death, but if I can avoid dying it becomes more of a benefit. Basically X years of guaranteed safety while I learn my own abilities and the world. Oathbound fits pretty thematically with a fairy character as well as my personality, so while still a substantial drawback I feel like I could work with it. The other additions are world changes. Extra threats mainly just provide extra adventures.

Legendary Weapon: Spear of Jorun - This legendary artefact acts both as a polearm and a magical staff. Intricately crafted from the finest materials, it is surprisingly light for a weapon of its size. As a spear, its ornate double-edged blade is capable of penetrating armor far better than any mundane weapon, but its true power lies in its magical properties. In addition to acting as a focus for normal spellcasting, it can draw on the wielder's mana reserves to manipulate objects telekinetically or fire beams of raw arcane energy in the direction the spear is pointed. These powers can be manifested as powerful or weak as the wielder wishes, limited only by their total mana reserves. The butt of the spear is an intricately ornamented silver phallus which can be used as a blunt weapon or a dildo. The phallus responds to sexual stimulation and produces a metallic fluid upon ejaculating which will fully restore the user's mana when ingested or otherwise deposited into the body. However, fucking the dildo to completion is very physically tiring and takes time and concentration.

Basically all the default races are straight upgrades over human, which is why they all have a 5 cost. Draenei don't have everything though. They have above average strength and mana reserves, but they don't have the extreme strength of an orc or an elf's special magical talent, for instance. Higher reserves is just 1/3rd of the overall picture (reserves, regeneration, usage).
