Lepht Anonym has done it again. She's generally seen as the most-ghetto of all the transhuman cyborgs. She more strongly identifies with the "grinder" aesthetic from DOKTOR SLEEPLESS, and apparently has a pain-reaction somewhere between absolute tolerance and romantic love.
She is emphatically not sane, but she does appear to be friendly and her worst sin appears to be medical irresponsibility while on disability of some kind. Considering how many people are fat fucking their way past her on "unnecessary medical costs", I'm not inclined to judge her too harshly.
In addition to implanting (and breaking) her own magnetic implants, she just got a MR3040 wireless router installed under the skin of her arm. It's no longer powered by a battery, but can be activated by putting a wireless charging coil against the skin.

It was an intresting read but really doesnt make any sense practically. Routers and wireless technology change all the time, web browsers and the web stack changes all the time. Embeded devices have notoriously poor support. A pirate box is schway, but carrying one embeded in your skin is tryhard, unnecessary, and actually lowers the utility. The poster admits as much saying if it dies in 6mo she will be happpy. It is now far more difficult to repair or service if necessary so difficult that the poster doesnt want to repair at all.
There no benefit to this implant. It doesnt interface with her body at all. She litterally just decided to carry a router around everywhere she goes by embeding it in her body. Hope all the additional files she gets are worth it.
Shazzbot soykaf, but still more 水 than me.

"hopefully the device remains in situ for a good six months or so, i'd consider that a success. (and the scar is schway as fuck.)"
She's not expecting much. Anonym takes a much more temporary view of implants.

Its intresting how google glass and vr are more akin to biohacking than implanting random electronics.

She's completely batshit, and the implants she keeps putting into herself are just not worth the surgical risks. They're barely useful at best, and if it can be accomplished with a wearable I don't see the point.

I'd implant my dick in her if you know what I mean. Sexually. Really though, as grim as it is, somebody has to do it. The early implants I mean, not give her the d. Without such pioneers how will we ever get to the point of commercially available retractable arm blades? Rocket propelled, remote controlled metal fists too.
I might find her and use the implant router just for fun though. Maybe make a post here through it.

There is no real advantage to implanting something, when you could just cut your leg off and install a bionic leg.

Were I to hazard a guess, probably a result of getting more involved with the tech scene, which is usually feminist and leftist in nature and thus turns pretty much all women into ugly cows.

I don't get how people can be this retarded. If that shit shatters (and it eventually will) it will cause many health problems.
>also implanting a radio device
How big is the fucking thing and is she not worried about radiation inside of her body?
How many STDs does she have? She looks like the kind of greasy woman who would sleep around, and not safely.
None the less, she still seems like an interesting person and I'd probably be willing to befriend. There is something appealing about her weirdness.
Imagine a meshnet made up of people with embedded pirate boxes.

Fake tits suck, they are literally just sacks of silicone with fluid inside of them and look god awful. I'd rather a chestlet than fake tits.

She looked like a female at least. Kinda reminds me of Lisbeth from The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

Gotta be honest, I wouldn't mind having a piratebox implanted, but not on my fucking arm like this nutter did. I'd get it put somewhere in the body cavity so that it wouldn't get in the fucking way or stretch my skin. I would want it to be hidden.
The big problem that I have with a lot of the "Grinder" scene is the lack of safety in it. I'm glad to integrate tech into my body, I just don't want to get a massive infection as a result.
