Hello. As we already have a really nice clearnet SFTP, I decided to make an hidden service SFTP. Current capacity isn't really huge: 80GB, but, if everything works out fine, I could expand it in the future.
sftp://f3wh7r6sdemwjtmr.onion
username: theenduser
password: cyberpunk
I plan to improve the security, but I'm not really sure what should I do (learned all of this just to set this up), so every advice is welcome.
This is my gift for the community, I hope it will be useful.

Of course tor shows "webpage unavailable." I tried both "sftp://" and "ftp://". Will try again.
P.S. I'm not new to tor, but I don't use it frequently.

You need to use something like Filezilla or WinScp.

Actually, you can just sftp theenduser@f3wh7r6sdemwjtmr.onion
If you are on Linux.

I don't believe Firefox (tor browser) supports sftp at all

There is a variety of plugins that serve other protocols within the Firefox browser.

As I see that a lot of people can't set it up, and because something like this would've helped me a lot when I was a newbie, I will explain the whole process of connecting to the SFTP.
Linux:
sudo apt-get install filezilla
sudo apt-get install proxychains4
also, download Tor browser and run it in the background.
proxychains4 filezilla
that's basically it. There are many other ways to do it, but that is what I do.
Windows(botnet):
download Tor browser, run it
download WinScp and run it. Fill out the hostname etc. and go to Advanced. Then, go to Proxy, and select the proxy type to SOCKS5. Proxy host name: 127.0.0.1, port: 9150. Do DNS name lookup at proxy end: YES. And, you can change the timeout to 50 in Connection tab. Keep Tor browser running in the background, like on Linux.
That's basically it, I haven't tested the WinScp approach, but it should work.

Cool. I have added this to the sticky, along a short guide on how to connect through Tor, at a newly made board page called "Luser's Guides". Check it out: https://8ch.net/cyber/lusers.html#sftpovertor
If it looks weird, it is because the CSS is not properly written for such a thing. I will try to add proper rules later.

Alright. Ever said this was perfect? It's meant for newfags, just so they could make it work. But, now it's your turn to make an tutorial. Come on. Make it perfect. And make it simple, so that everyone can understand it. I'm waiting.

>implying that I'm using Windows
Anyway, not everyone is NEET that has unlimited time to try stuff out. Sometimes, it just needs to work. So, yeah, don't be a moron, give some space to the newfags. Most of them didn't even have a chance to try out Linux.

Like I promised, it's up again.

We've got 500GB now, so don't hold back.
There's a readme, in it is a everything you need to know. I had to set all dirs except one to only read, so nobody would rm everything. So, just dump files there and we'll sort them for you. Try to keep them in relevant dirs though. Also, if you want access to rw user, message me on / T H E E N D /.
PS BO, can you edit the sticky and this thread with the new SFTP info? And, chatroom thread, just edit that v2 address into relevant v3 one. Thanks

Done. Sorry about the month long delay, life got in the way and I kind of forgot about it.
For the next time, could you adopt a tripcode? Not to encourage tripshazbotry, but I'd like to have a way to identify the owners of a service before updating it. If you can later on update your FTP with some README or something with your tripcode in it to verify your identity, that would be doubly sweet
