So Kellco is a thing now. They basically became friends with benefits, or 'breakup buddies' as Kelly called it. Also the blood moon was a curse, and the curse was broken. Star may still be attracted to Marco, as she suggested it's not just the curse that made her love Marco. However Marco doesn't seem to be in 'love-love' with her any more, and just sees her as his best friend now. Also, Marco went inside Kelly's mom. So he's been in both of them now.
I think this season has been surprisingly strong on the cuck stuff so far. I'm enjoying it. Not crazy about the political stuff with Eclipsa but I'll wait to see where they go with it before judging too harshly.

Honestly at this point I'm pretty much done with this show. I mean I'll watch till the end since it's almost over, but I'm not enjoying it much any more. They dropped Kellco with a throwaway line, meaning any cuckquean angle is pretty much done and it looks like they're going full-throttle with the monsters-dindu-nuffin angle, which means Mina will be the Big Bad.. and I find it hard to see her as a threat since she's a mentally ill dumpster-diving war vet. In retrospect it seems like the show should have ended with season 2 plus the 'Battle for Mewni' movie. Nefcy has basically admitted in an interview ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7UbQPpioOV0 ) that she wasn't sure the show would be renewed for a 3rd season, and if it wasn't she would have convinced them to conclude it with Battle for Mewni as a TV movie. That would have been better, because you can't really beat Toffee as a villain, and since that point it pretty much seems like they're making things up as they go along. There were a few good moments (like Star basically coming out as a bisexual cuck with Brunzetta, and what little Kellco we got) but also a ton of filler, lame Tomstar stuff, tired monster racism metaphors, etc.
Anyway we can still enjoy the new fan content, which seems to still regularly feature cuckquean stuff.

You could notice that last episode with her building that big armor thing, helll, ever since Moon found her.
But I get you and you're completely right. The show simply is not fun anymore, and it's shoving way too much bullshit down your throat, and it have been since the end of season 2, which was honestly the last good season.
The show still could be good, but they keep getting rid of fun stuff, the moment best girl Jackie Lynn Thomas disappeared the show simply stopped being fun, and then you have those little exposures like Kellco, Hekapoo and Higgs that simply go nowhere, to the point Higgs is now forever in the neverzone.
Just think everything after season 2 is not canon. Hell, the bloodmoon episode was disappointing as fuck.

I really do think Nefcy ran out of story with Battle for Mewni and just let Sabrina Cotugno do whatever she wanted for the rest of the show (if you don't know who Cotugno is, good summary here: https://desuarchive.org/co/thread/106105299/#106128111 ). Either that or she blackmailed her over her cuckquean lifestyle or something, as some have suggested on /co/. Apparently in the newest episode Jackie is a lesbian with some brown girl now, which is something Cotugno was pushing for way back in 2017 (see pic).
Cotugno also was the one who first brought up Tom being biracial and having 'Mewman-passing privilege' on her blog, which contradicted what Nefcy had stated earlier, and later got written into the show.
Even the Star bisexual thing with Brunzetta, which I initially was in favor of because it seemed to support the cuckquean angle, was Cotugno's idea. I did think at the time it was overly cliched to have the one girl Star was attracted to be a brown girl with purple dreadlocks and a nose-ring, but I let it slide. What bothers me, though, is Cotugno's hypocrisy. I don't really mind if Star gets aroused by a buff girl twice her age beating her, but Cotugno is the same person who went on a moralfag rant about Area's 'Between Friends' story and wanted her to be charged with something for making it. Apparently underage sexual stuff is okay after all, but only when it's lesbian.
There has also been a rumor for a long time that the show Cotugno is the director on now, Dana Terrace's 'The Owl House', was delayed because she was trying to force lesbian subtext between the underage main character and the adult witch, and the execs delayed the show to try to get rid of that element. Her current preoccupations seem to support that rumor.
So basically I'm done with this show now. In my opinion Nefcy's wild ride ended with the Battle for Mewni movie, and Cotugno has been responsible for most of what we've seen since. I'm not gonna bother posting links to episodes any more either, if you want them just find the Star thread on halfchan /co/ on Sundays and search for mega links (you're free to post them here of course if you still care about the show). If I use this thread any more it'll just be to post fan art, or to bitch more.
