There's this protein floating around called Sex Hormone Binding Globulin, or SHBG, that binds estrogen. When estrogen is bound by SHBG, it's essentially inactive, and only the free estrogen is active.
When you have something similar to estrogen in your bloodstream, such as phytoestrogen from soy, it binds to SHBG and displaces the real estrogen. So even in the even tat it doesn't directly cause an estrogenic effect, it's displacement of estrogen from SHBG still increases the effect of estrogen because there is more FREE estrogen floating around.
…and this is all in addition to the fact that soyboy is just a fucking meme. Does soy consumption literally cause your jaw/chin to shrink, your hairline to recede, your voice to raise an octave, and your vision to diminish so that you need thick chunky glasses?
