Pixiv has a lot of robot stuff.
If anybody here ever wants to search for stuff there, I'll post a few tags.
ロボット "robotto" - literally means "robot"
メカ "meka" - anything mechanical
ロボエロ "roboero" - erotic robots
Don't forget to turn "R-18" on, you can filter out SFW posts that way.
