In America we have special sized furniture available for fat people. It's especially common to see very large seats and toilets and such in hospitals. In many lower-class department and grocery stores there are even small electric carts for fat people who can't be bothered to walk around the store to find their favorite sugar-water mixtures and mass produced confections
