Recently I've been thinking of futuristic medicine , such as uploading a mind into a computer, DNA modification,or cloning a body and transferring your electromagnetic pulses into it.

So I ask ,would having one of these procedures or promote them is acting against the will of God , because be preventing them to die I also prevent them to reconcile with Jesus in heaven, I also violated the rule of the 120 years.

But at the same time it would prevent diseases such as Alzheimer or cancer, while at the same time improving general health issues.

So I'm completely clueless if achieving immortality or great medicine is acting against God, and if so wouldn't our current attempts with vaccines , scanners, treatments and more just make us go away from God and his son for more years than it should be?

The kingdom of God is present in the heart and soul of every believer, rather, the Kingdom is inside of you, and it is outside of you.

Live 10 years or 1000, what would change? Uploading a mind is impossible, for a mind is a working conscious utilizing all senses and memory. It is the energy moving between functioning synapses with purpose of intent.

Interesting take, however I disagree with your statement of uploading a mind,if you think of it a computer is just that ,a functioning synapses with purpose of intent, where the mind differs is that it controls itself and some interference of God,it will have peripherals for sense so you aren't a vegetable.

And y the "10 years or 1000" do you mean immortality ,and then would the 120 rule be a metaphor we don't understand?

Medicine is not against God, i remember reading an OT verse telling us to both go to the doctor and pray.

As to uploading minds - we cant upload our souls, so if a mind could be uploaded only our recurrent thought patterns would be there but not the free will. As if you took a photo and thus said that you are now immortal because your image is now eternal. Uploading minds is like a photo of thoughts.

Also it happens already, but instead of being uploaded to computers its uploaded to other brains. Aristotle had an idea, his thought spreads around to this day, is he alive because his thoughts are? no.
