Puta, esto se discutió en el hilo de los pdfs de cosas varias.
Yo recomendé para empezar y para soltar la mano, los tutoriales de Python de Codecademy, seguido de los tutoriales de SoloLearn que son un poco más largos, luego tirarse con libros de referencia de los lenguajes y libros de metodologías, y otros de algoritmos y estructuras de datos.
No sé cómo dejaron que se borrara ese hilo.

Realicé el curso Fullstack en Desafío Latam sin saber nada de programación, aprendí a la mala el stack de RoR pero a la hora de buscar pega no me dieron bola. Ahora estoy aprendiendo Python por un curso Sence y debo decir que es bastante bueno. El bootcamp si es que uno es primerizo, como experiencia no es la mejor ya que uno queda abrumado el cómo funciona cada componente y aparte es demasiado acotado el cómo te enseñan el lenguaje para back end.
