The end times are upon the United States of America, and soon upon the whole world. The country's greatest heroes and villains have fallen against an ironclad evil– a legion of robotic, laser-toting skeletons led by the insidious Skeleton Prime. Much of the country has fallen into its grip– few capable of standing up to this horrid foe still remain.

That is where YOU come in. You are a superhero, a supervillain, a super-whatever– and because of your pitiful, overlooked, D-List status, you were not targeted by the Skeleton forces nor asked to fly into battle against them. And so you have survived.

Now, with the League of Righteousness dead and most of D.O.O.M slain or AWOL, it is YOUR time to rise up, defeat the Cyber Skeleton Legions, and claim that sweet, sweet superhuman street cred for your own.

He wallowed in sorry for days before seeing an ad that advertised that a local professional wrestling was hiring, Glueman, needing the money, applied and was hired. He had found his calling, Gabe Degrossi had now become Gabe "The Glue Man" Degrossi, super-powered professional wrestler!

Groaning and creaking, the great metal behemoth slammed its fists into the hot, crumbling earth, pulling with every iota of its mechanical might to try and free itself from the churning pit of magma that Dragoon had torn open. Even as it did so the hematite-hewn hero spread his rocky wings and took to the sky, lazily knocking aside the rockets and slugs that RANDY SAVAGE shot his way from his shoulder ports. As Dragoon began spinning his spear, the clouds above the battlefield parted, and all present could see Dragoon's gem-studded figure hurtling upward in a sharp arc, gathering momentum and speed, free hand outstretched to clench and crush at the mech's waist and hips with half-molten spires of jagged rock.

Carved psi-gems the size of compact cars rolled upwards in the machine's sockets, crackling as they let loose a humming bolt of iridescent purple energy straight for the flying hero, curving around as he dodged to come at him from the left– then the right– then behind him, forcing him to waste precious iotas of momentum and time with dodging. As Dragoon opened his maw and prepared to bathe the oncoming laser in dragonfire, seeking to stop it or perhaps weaken it, the loathsome bolt slammed into a purple screen and promptly exploded in an eye-watering conflagration of violet and indigo, the force of which propelling Dragoon even further into the air. He barely had time to register that it was Q1 that stopped the laser and erected the barrier– hand outstretched towards him, said hand promptly disintegrating under the strain of the maneuver.

As Dragoon reached the apex of his flight, he exhaled one herculean breath, and bathed his Mantlespear in a nimbus of crackling dragonflame, trailing magnificent embers of green, red and orange behind him as he tucked his wings in and went for a dive. Focusing all of his power into his arm, into every molecule of his spear, clenching the sheer power of a million years of magical might– Dragoon thrust the weapon forward as he arced down from the heavens to plunge the flaming, quivering tip right into the great mech's back, clean through the middle of its chest. The force of the impact rattled the ground and tore boulders asunder, shattering the support struts with a concussive snap and ejecting a gout of molten metal and psi-plasma discharge from RANDY SAVAGE’s chest.

The machine's eyes didn't dim, though– as it reeled back and looked down towards its perforated chest, those chiseled orbs grew brighter and brighter, great crackling bolts of psionic energy splintering from its ruined, melted chest, gathering and swirling around a single point– where its core once was before it was wiped from existence by Dragoon's coup de grace. The hero tore his weapon from the mech's chest and kicked off in flight, gritting his teeth. He wasn't going to get away in time– he wasn't going to make it before the mech blew–

Then, there was a mighty flash of purple alongside a nova-esque surge of pink, and where there was once air around the mech and the magma-pit there was only a shimmering, psionic curtain, behind which Dragoon could vaguely discern the mech exploding with cataclysmic force– enough to send great cracks and fissures through the earth for miles in every direction despite the desperate, last-minute shield. The detonation went on for minutes, long enough for Dragoon to fly back to his starting point and slam his feet back onto the ground, and when it was over, the shield shattered. A pile of smoking slag and crystal dust fell into the great molten chasm, and all was still.

Beside Dragoon, Q1 fell to his knees, gasping. His crystal leg shattered as he did, vanishing into atoms, and the rest of his body began to follow suit– the glow vanishing rapidly from his cybernetic extremities up to his chest as his crystalline body began to sublimate.

"I… cannot cling to this plane of… existence, anymore," rattled Atore Cervello, turning his rapidly fading eyes to Dragoon. "His tools… are breaking… his control… fading… if he succeeds… if he wins… even he can't understand the ramifications…

"I expedited this evil… upon the multiverse. In helping stop it… I will be deader than dead. I cannot make up… for the atrocities I have wrought… feeding in to Prime's lies… but promise me this, hero… that you will kill him. Or die trying."

Before Dragoon can even respond, the last portions of Q1's crystalline skull vanish into ephemeral vapor, and with a final, relieved sigh, his metal husk falls to the ground. Behind him, a faint clattering can be heard from D.C. as the last few skeletons under his control fall inert as well.

Q1 is destroyed. D.C. is taken. The path is clear.

Prime's fist and Scrufftron's own collided with a mighty snapping noise, both fighters pivoting to their left before pulling their arms back and bringing them up to guard. Scrufftron made the first move, laying into the skeletal tyrant with a flurry of jabs and hooks, most of them finding purchase on Prime's forearms and shoulders. There was one particularly spirited right cross that landed on Prime's jaw, but an instant later the crystalscape went upside-down as Prime grabbed Scrufftron's arm and slammed him bodily into the ground. A fist came down on Scrufftron's face, once, twice, then an elbow to his eye socket– and Scrufftron then had the sense to grasp Prime's crotch and hurl him head-first into the floor beside him. Prime rolled away onto his feet, crouching low, slapping aside Scrufftron's incoming low kick, ducking away from the follow-up horizontal axe-kick with barely a millimeter to spare. As Scrufftron regained his balance, he crossed his arms to absorb the force from Prime's rising uppercut, cursing as he nearly fell over from the sheer weight behind the blow. He reached out to jab but Prime beat him to it, clenching the first in one hard palm and slamming his own knuckles into Scrufftron's elbow joint with a painful crack, then throwing him, again, this time much further, with Scrufftron bouncing and sliding along the invisible floor before coming to a stop.

"You mock my mother tongue? Disrespectful churl." Skeleton Prime cracked his knuckles, his eyes flaring bright as he began to walk forward again. "I would return the favor, but your mongrel-speak is hardly worth the effort. I will be sure to wipe it from the multiverse when we are through– when I have become one with PRIME and brought UNITY to all existence!"

Prime stopped just a yard from Scrufftron, looking up as the crystalscape suddenly flashed maroon– and in the distance, faint and ephemeral, there appeared a third figure. Wearing slacks and a dress shirt, his wrists bloodied as if from shackles, the lean, black-haired man curled his lip in a sneer as he watched the bout.

"Atore…" Prime murmured, his eyes cutting back to Scrufftron. "My finest tool has fallen… they will be coming for me! They will be MISSING one of their number!"

Prime planted his feet and assumed another boxing stance. "Get up, child," he snarled to Scrufftron. "Get up so that I may unmake you!"

The laser-channels are laid into place and the last of the combat plating is bolted to the machine's chassis, ensuring that it will be able to lay down concussive waves of laser fire without delay and in the most mind-bendingly obtuse directions possible. Work is finished on the basic connection struts to the control locus, though some more fine tuning is left before the mech is truly operational– almost all of it on the machine's 'head', its primary cockpit.

3. B-List Martial Trance 10/15. Pa'Trikk and Dark Sanguinus are awed at the intensity of Bob's fighting power when under his trance but are determined to push him to his limits, forcing his concentration to its absolute peak by letting loose with lethal, perilous blows when his attention is too focused on one or the other. Their latest training bout subsequently leaves them tired and sweaty but well-improved.

Roaring, SKULLMASTER charges the Glue Man, arms outstretched, only for Gabe to vault over him with stretchy springy speed, slapping him hard on the shoulders as he does. Coming to a neat stop, Gabe turns, grinning for the camera as the Skullmaster wheels around and lunges. His hands clasp Skullmaster's arms and then he stretches his own arms out, completely encasing the muscle-bound brute's limbs in his own stretchy, constrictor-like hews. Only once he's sure that the skullmaster is well and truly trapped does he kick out his leg and hop up, soaring fifteen feet into the air to bring his foe into the mat, seeking to break his mask with the sheer force of the blow–

But when Gabe comes to ground there's a most queer slapping noise as the SKULLMASTER rolls with the momentum of the move, flipping onto his feet and lifting Gabe into the air in kind. Grunting, he brings his arms forward to trap Gabe in an ULTRATIGHT TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER and then, without further ado, leaps another 15 feet up and slams Gabe's head into the mat. The hero's skull flattens and squishes with the impact and his arms coil back to where they should be. That blow would have killed him… if he weren't THE GLUEMAN, that is.

Sneering, Skullmaster brings his boot up for a punishing stomp, only for Gabe to lunge away at the last second and lean onto the ropes, reaching up to smoosh his head back into its proper shape. It seems that the SKULLMASTER has a few tricks up his sleeve yet…

1. Hench manages to airlift the rest of his mook army into the operational zone– but then he realizes that he forgot all of their food, water and hairspray, and some time is lost airlifting all THAT across the border, too. At least his troops are all in place, though…

2/3. Chucking the turban into the flask and waiting an hour, Hench extracts the glittering serum and plunges the syringe into his latest mook's chest. Twisting and writhing, the hypnotist-to-be's head slowly morphs and shifts, forming a turban out of bone and sinew with a grotesque third eye with multiple pupils and irises in place of a spinning pinwheel. Despite his grotesque appearance, though, the newly-christened EDWARDINI DUE is smarter than he was just minutes prior and is the very epitome of manners!

Overhead, GiLiMeSS slowly lumbers into place, lasers and other munitions ready to fire at the slightest notice. Though Quartet 1 appeared to be destroyed, there were plenty of other allies: the dragon-man, a henchman-loving fellow, and supposedly that heroic freakazoid in Florida would soon make an appearance, all of this relayed to Scorpio through the efforts of one of his interns. At the behest of his PR department he plans one last shirtless photo-shoot– even if he perishes, perhaps his fashion line won't…

The other army groups encounter more resistance, though, and stall out fighting a ferocious, last-ditch counterattack carried out by Jazzhulks, Skelehulks, Praetorians and other heavy-hitters of the Skeleton army. The Mastermind's foes fight with wild abandon, displaying none of the quixotic prudence that they have previously. The figure holding their reigns must have his attention diverted elsewhere… or perhaps he's simply let those reins slip, hoping that raw fury will outpace the Mastermind's determination. Whatever the cause, when one factors in the support of the Mastermind's allies, Prime's defeat looks… inevitable….

Lash after lash of the chain and axe convey the Hell-Rider's fury at the smug demoness before him– but she dodges and weaves away from every blow, baring jagged onyx teeth as his latest flaming lash slams limply into the ground and leaves her unscathed. "You think your hate has any value here?" she chides. "Little man, you really overestimate your worth to us."

Snarling, Douglas ducks underneath a flaming snap-kick and scoops the demon-woman up in his arms to deliver a spine-shattering suplex, but she wriggles out of his grasp to box his ears with his knees and pull his feet out from under him. Once she has him on the ground, she grabs a leg, and an arm, and starts pulling on both, intending on forcing them to touch each other, heedless of the Hell-Rider's pained grunts to the contrary.

"When Skeleton Prime kills you all and turns the cosmos to soup, we'll be there, hungry. When he pours earth after earth's worth of souls into Hell's open mouth, we'll cheer him on. 3. Vladimire teleports himself into the capital with his full retinue in tow, bringing with him the hat, the relics and his pile of scrap in tow. Only when the battered, meagre delegations of Wizardingkind arrive, cramming themselves into the stuffy and dimly-lit congress chamber (cunningly disguised as a gift shop), does Vladimire key the Ball Network into function. He offers up the pile of scraps to the relics, and the hazy images of the founders appear. They're… less than pleased.

"We had… little doubt in your prowess," sighed Solomon. "But you have put these monsters to rest. And you are, we suppose, the strongest…"

"Doddering, evil fool!" growled Jodrick. "Were the state of things not so dire, we would consume you!"

There was silence in the room for a moment, and then one of the Death Beaters stamped his feet and began to chant. "High Wizard Vladimire… High Wizard Vladimire…!" he bellowed, the rest of the Death Beaters following suit, and then, one by one, so did the rest of the Magical Congress, until their chanting of 'HIGH WIZARD VLADIMIRE!!!' was a crescendo that drowned out all sound, even Vladimire's heartbeat! All sound except a whisper–

The chant died voice by voice, all present turning to a hooded figure by the door that had gone unnoticed until now. As the room fell silent again, Vladimire turned to admonish the fool– only for the figure to speak.

"Rubber! It's rubber! His great weakness– his powers can't do ANYTHING to rubber!"

Vladimire's jaw dropped, and the boy reached up to throw back his hood, revealing himself to be Waldough– and yet not! It had Waldough's face, Waldough's plunger-shaped scar, but from the chin down it was a mess of glowing blue crystal and cybernetics. Waldough Whaters shot Vladimire a shit-eating grin and glanced around at the congressmen.

Said congressmen rapidly disapparated, one by one, their faces in a look of stony acceptance. Vladimire lunged to smite not-Waldough from existence, the boy spread his arms and welcomed the oncoming blast, and in a thunderous crack the Congress chamber was blasted asunder to let the pale light of day in. In the dusty illumination, there was only Vladimire and his most loyal remaining in the chamber– with Waldough's smoldering, ruined corpse.

Through the earth he could feel the armies of the mastermind approach, them already asking for passage through his lands. Still he could not help feel like a golden opportunity slipped past his fingers. Prime's rebellious Lieutenant would have been a veritable treasure trove of information and quite possibly point out a weakness of Prime's that could be exploited. Growling in frustration the Draconic spearman trundles off to make final preparations for the upcoming assault.

He somehow managed to knock out most of his opponents, but the few who were left ganged up on him, pushing him into a vat of glue where he sat until the next day. He was immediately rushed to the hospital, but the doctors were unable to remove the glue from his body, however, after a few more hours in intensive care, it seemed as though he had entirely become glue, as no traces of human flesh were left. Gabe Degrossi, now Glueman, soon awoke from his coma, he was shunned out of his family because of his horrible new glue-based form. He wallowed in sorry for days before seeing an ad that advertised that a local professional wrestling was hiring, Glueman, needing the money, applied and was hired. He had found his calling, Gabe Degrossi had now become Gabe "The Glue Man" Degrossi, super-powered professional wrestler!
