[Fluff]: Fist of Prometheus is a self styled PMC that totes its asset of two very large vehicles. it was started by several old Novorussian pilots and commanders bored of retirement who pooled their money to buy enough parts and pieces to reconstruct working models of a Novorussian Titan Tank and a Land Constructor. at first this was done purely for the sake it, the pilots would relive the glory days of their wars and used the constructor to build themselves a training ground where they could run over cars and buildings or fire at targets down range. this was satisfying, but after a while they yearned for more. eventually one of them had the bright idea, if they were all veterans, why not start up a PMC and use these vehicles in combat again? they could earn money for better parts and fuel, but most of all would be able to escape the boredom of retirement. that was the start of the Fist of Prometheus, and advertise themselves as a fully functional crew of a Titan Tank and a Land Constructor for private hire, who are willing to help in the reconstruction of collapse zones. the PMC is fairly new, and at times often seen as just a bunch of men in a half-life crisis or old soldiers past their usefulness, trying to recruit others to play at war. the Titan Tank is a superheavy vehicle was often used by commanders to personally dominate battlefields, equipped with a vast array of weaponry to act as a sort of mobile fortress, which could dig itself in and even perform as a fortress bunker to aid in control and suppression. the Land Constructor is designed by military engineers which could level forests for lumber, demolish and recycle buildings for concrete and build new structures, smelt and reforge twisted steel, or for irrigation canals and lakes and marshes. this allows them to manufacture enough spare parts to keep their two machines running.

1-2. Too long to post so here's the To Do List:

- Loss of contact should lead the Response Unit to leave their location to establish contact with the other guards, this should make them encounter the mob

Draw inspiration from the evolution of telephone lines and internet service. When it started, all telephones were linked to a singular operator building, who had to manually switch telephone lines by hand to different ports.

Now we have a system that automates such processes at different levels. I pick up a mobile phone to send an email to another. That email is first turned into simplified data by the phone itself, this data is then sent to an individual mobile tower which handles the majority of the processing of that data. The tower then sends the processed data to a central hub, which distributes it to a different tower, and then to another phone. In each step data is encoded and decoded, processed in succession.

So perhaps the solution here is not to shove every single little detail onto our already strained supercomputer network but to established server towers in different locations, servers which can help to decode and encode data before transferring it in a much more simplified version to the main supercomputer archives. Thus reducing the data strain on the supercomputers, and therefore, increasing the amount of persons the system can handle.

Admittedly, decentralized data processing servers does mean that these stations do pose the vulnerabilities that over singular supercomputer vault. But we will leave the problem of security and guards to the state. For now, begin designing server towers.

The first part of the plan goes perfectly fine, and ahead of schedule. You've been supplied explosives ahead of time by contract and a short rental under a fake name costs basically nothing: the Indonesian currency isn't worth jack in relation to the Euro. In a fairly unsurprising move considering recent relations growing warmer and the reduced influence of the predominant Las Castillo cartel in the New Mexican warzone, the Union has asked to begin formal talks of a unification with the West Coast Republic. 1-2. Blimey mate. They had just touched down. On the move to protect Darmadi. Australian specialists. Mercenaries at that, clearly they were in for the money, so who paid them? If they were reasonable people Danzig could race them to Darmadi, if he managed to complete his contract before the Elite Unit made it to Darmadi any sensible mercenary would simply turn around and walk away, after all they weren't going to get paid after Darmadi was dead. However Danzig had no idea who these Mercenaries were and whom they worked for. Perhaps they were the reasonable type, then again he could not simply trust his life on a hunch. Besides they were here for Darmadi among other things. If they weren't here solely for Darmadi, then what had they come for?

Either way these guys would not stop for crying babies or bleeding civilians on their route to Darmadi. They would have to be brought to a full, hard Stop. Now what would stop a group of heavily armed Australian men? Unfortunately Danzig had forgotten his landmines in his other set of pants, but he did have the next best thing. He would have to act quickly.

Instead of calling the Mob towards the Response Force he would have to pick a place on the most likely route the Australians were taking and combine it with a call to the local police, somebody hectically screaming about men with guns, Danzig was sure he could arrange something of the sort. Timing was cruicial and he would have to be present as well. The Unit was most likely moving in a convoy which would, if everything went according to plan, pass the meeting of police and angry mobsters roughly when it commenced. Danzig would then open fire on the first driver in the convoy. The vehicle glass would most likely be reinforced, however it should still force the convoy to a halt and force the Police and the Mob into action. Now while Danzig did believe the Australians would be capable enough to hold their fire when encountering police he was confident that the Indonesian police was not quite as disciplined.

Optimally a detachment of the Australians would stay behind to combat the new threat while most likely another section would be rerouted to proceed towards the actual objective. While not great the less Australians on the scene the better Danzig's chances. If he got lucky the Jammers would be well enough timed to prevent communication with the Australians and Darmadi's security detail. A band of armed foreigners storming Darmadi's location would surely offset his security, though they were quite professional at least suspicion would be highly likely.

Past this point Danzig would have to proceed as planned, taking out Darmadi as quickly as possible in an attempt to avoid contact with the Australians altogether.

The closest city within the Saudi Arabian zone to your entrance is Sakakah - nowhere near as big as the megacities of the Arabian CZ, which still contain millions upon millions of people, but a respectable town that, according to the last census taken of the region before it collapsed into infighting, hosted around 250,000. The town has a warehouse, but it's nowhere near big enough to host your tanks in any reasonable capacity, not even a single one. The zone around it does provide enough space to house your men and tanks in a semi-safe, though exposed fashion - the possibility of being assaulted from the air is incredibly low, still. There's no resistance when you enter the town, as it looks like whatever war is raging has mostly ignore the small area - though the locals scamper away in fear when the tanks come in, refusing to answer questions or even open their doors.

When you get close to El Pao, the fighting is immediate. A hunting rifle cracks through the air shortly after the city comes into sight, and nearly as soon as your men can get into position, there's a dozen men firing, the confrontation blowing up shortly. Your actual forces mow them down with abandon - the rabble with you not so much. The train of random violence from unidentifiable gangs follows you all the way into El Pao itself, stopping only once you set up a secure base in an old, long-stripped warehouse within the city.

Zhao finally finds success in the development of the nutrition delivery system. Zhao's designs for improvements upon the actual delivery of the canister - which, the Scientific Development board does agree would increase the efficiency of troops in the field notably - are taken in for review.

Colón, in complete honesty, wouldn't have qualified as a 'Collapse Zone' fifty years ago. Powers back then would call it a struggling region, like in the minor African powers during the late 20th and early 21st century. Compared to the organized faction warfare in Venezuela and even Peru, the state of Panama still exists and police forces nominally patrol the streets of Colón; they've merely lost control over large swaths of the city to the myriad of gangs that seem to be in perpetual growth, surrounding by enormous advertisement, crippling poverty, and makeshift huts at the base of abandoned offices. Few of these unorganized rabble are stupid enough to challenge the heavily armed soldiers that collect intel, and the well-protected groups have little to no trouble gathering a full and detailed report on the city's quarters - the far east side being under actual police control, with the other sectors each owned by some dipshit no-name gang. 1-2. Unfortunately Operative Danzig was not Asian and any attempts to openly infiltrate the facility would certainly arouse a lot of suspicion. Remote espionage and a tactical insert once he had located what he was looking for were the way to go.

Operative Danzig would begin by bugging the three leading roles involved in the Operation. It was important that he did this while remaining unnoticed, after all he did not intend to blow his cover just yet. Should the good old in-person slipping of the bug prove to be too difficult of a task to achieve he would simply have to gain access to the homes of the people in question and bug their various clothing. If tiny spider drone cameras could be obtained these would be perfect as they would be carried right into the center of information. Naturally while operating them Danzig would record whatever the spider-drone saw for future evaluation and to prevent any evidence from slipping past.

Aside from that he would monitor the behavior of people who had already been implanted with the device if possible. Taking a more direct approach was problematic as they were most certainly being watched and any irregularities among test subjects would quickly gain interest. Still the observation could reveal valuable data for later use.

There's a theoretical way into the PMC enclave, not through sewers, but via the outer walls of the city - the enclave rests up against Tripoli's unstable city walls, and you could reasonably insert a team through there. HOWEVER, you can't blast a very large section without risking enormous structural collapse, or bring a large group around without attracting notice. Two full squads coming out to nine people (ten, including you) is about the most you could bring into the Enclave, and you have no way of knowing how many mercenaries are in there, who they're affiliated with, or how well they are trained. Alternatively, you could bring less people, for a stealthier approach.
