Lily waits until the cyclops finishes moving the beds and everyone leaves the room, then with a snap of her fingers the floor lowers and fills with soil. The light gems begin to glow brighter, more akin to starlight from the surface of a planet then the dull station lights you know. All across the room plants and miniature trees begin to sprout up and grow rapidly.
"There you go sugars. Don't forget our pacts!" Then Lily disappears in a swirl of leaves which rest on the soil of the garden before rapidly becoming mulch.
The station now has a garden! The garden grows rapidly due to magic and can be harvested much more than a normal garden.

>Fluff: The loss of Mr. Nul was undoubtedly a hard blow to bureaucracy at large. With 'his' passing, another outpost became lawless and disorderly, without the guiding hand of regulations to keep it in check. Fortunately, in true corporate fashion, a report concerning the matter was filed to the Regional Oversight Committee for the galactic rim. Of course, delays happen, and in wartime the Committee's office is always so busy, so there was bound to be a wait time. But hope was rekindled at last for this small, relatively worthless station, and one was appointed to take Mr. Nul's place.
Parash Sund was born on a vedalken brood-world, part of the extensive Sund clan. Like most of his kind, he is cold, calculating and rarely given to things such as anger or humor. With the analytical mind of a vedalken and the characteristic ambition that the Sund clan possessed, Parash moved offworld to join the Administration of Galactic Oversight, the largest coalition of bureaucrats, pencil-pushers and serviles known to the galaxy. Officially neutral in the conflict, the Administration accepts members of all races on its 'diplomatic' mission to bring order to a chaotic universe. To that end, Parash was promoted to the rank of Privier, giving him powers of oversight and jurisdiction on a chosen sector. Of course, in such a place as the station, that power was more based on the trust and compliance of his comrades than a writ of office. And so, eager to prove himself a competent bureaucrat, Privier Parash Sund sets off for the station. Gods help him.

Fluff: Urs-Ga is a smith and metalworker. He has mustered out of the army he was in and wants to work to make his fortune so he and his kin may prosper. That requires work and money. The pay at the station was supposed to be high, and a metalworker was needed so Urs-Ga went.
Personally Urs-Ga is a quiet being. He typically responds in grunt of gestures instead of nods. He does not rise to anger as easily as some of his kin but it still can happen. Most people are smart enough not to piss of the nine foot tall man with one eye and very large arms though,.

Fluff: Spirits are fickle beings. A project once complete may quickly turn into a new project in of itself. That is how this mining station had gone for Copavauna, the Spirit of Construction.
