Background:
One of the good ones. That's what they had called him throughout his entire career. A man of morals and determination, who at times managed to stand in his own way.
Brought up in a poor Eastern European country Agent Herzegowina joined up with the local police force, believing that he could bring the change that his government needed from the inside, refusing to tread the same path his brother had taken before him, becoming a murderous mercenary motivated by nothing but money.
Having collided with his superiors on terms of corruption time and time again it was during one of SHIELD's field operations that he caught a local agents eye, becoming recommended for both bravery in the face of danger and his fully fledged support even when other authorities refused to assist.
After several talks with shield personell Agent Herzegowina decided to sign up with SHIELD, convinced that this was where he could make the true difference, quickly becoming a part of one of SHIELD's armed responder units.
Agent Herzegowina never excelled in comparison with his other comrades, lacking the unnatural agility and unchallenged precision of more reknowned SHIELD agents. However still amongst the lower ranks he became well liked, usually refered to as "one of our own" he was the link that made the team work.
Backing up some more famous whose names will remain redacted for reasons of security Agent Herzegowina's unit was ambushed by Hydra operatives. In the ensuing firefight Herzegowina's head was struck by a modified Terrigen projectile.
After an emergency operation was conducted in order to remove the shrapnel Agent Herzegownia nervously lies in his hospital bed, waiting to hear the full report on his "situation".

Background: The legacy of the cold war lives on in Pinko, the last of the great super-science experiments conducted by the Soviet Union during the increased defense spending during the late Reagan administration in the United States. While said spending would eventually cause the collapse of the Soviet state in that country due to poor management, not all was lost. Indeed, despite the collapse of the former USSR and the Warsaw pact, Pinko's development continued in secret and was (and still is) a major breakthrough: a hybridized analog-digital system capable of complex anthropic motor movement with an attached sustained gas-turbine engine capable of several days worth of operation with heavy loads on an armored chassis. Such a breakthrough would certainly be a success in itself, but the secret to pinko is the brain of the unit: a former astronaut named Michael Ogiyevich, who, as a matter of temperament, proved to be the only volunteer to survive the integration process. Ultimately however, with the onset of American power and the decade-long recession in the Russian economy, the facility and its equipment was handed over to SHIELD in exchange for certain unknown concessions by the US state department. As such Pinko remains as a “goodwill ambassador” from the USSR to the United States, though the former does not exist; it is theorized that Pinko exists in as a walking legal wedge issue: is he a man, a citizen, a thing, or a weapon?

Background: Some children were brought to shield, others found their way there. Damian was found by shield alone in the woods, surviving alone at the age of 2. One of the shield officers took pity on him, and inducted him into Shield. His whole life has trained with his abilities to become a perfect Meta-Asset for a situation. He can see and analyze better than any human, breathe gouts of fire, and rip people apart with his tentacles or impale them on his back. He is surprisingly talkative for someone who is so scary, but he is not bothered by his appearance despite knowing what he looks like.

Background: Russ was recruited for SHIELD straight out of college. While he lacked powers or raw physical might, he is a quick thinker. Able to adapt fast and work under pressure. Granted hacking the MIT browser helped immensely. While he is young and at times acts immature, his work in the field is never found wanting by his superiors. Indeed his record would be exemplary if not for the myriad minor violations he makes, like playing a MMO on a SHIELD cpu(through 50 proxies) or rigging the regional commander's chairs(all of them) with whoopee cushions. As it stands he is too valuable to bench given SHIELD's evergrowing lack of technical support. After all Stark industries offers much better benefits to the technically minded.

Some InHumans get away scott free, others have it bad and then there are those who have it worse. Agent Herzegowina is one of the latter ones. Cursed with a skin rippled with grotesque warts inhibiting his movement his body oozes dangerous chemicals which has led to SHIELD forcing him to wear a specifically designed HAZMAT suit at all times.
Struggling to deal with both his own acceptance as well as the acceptance of others regarding his condition Agent H has grown increasingly reclusive, only ever leaving his room when required by a mission. When it is necessary to interact with other people Herzegowina almost never speaks, normally simply nodding or shaking his head barely enough to be noticed if one was paying attention, rarely making the effort of pointing things out with his hands.
Having been confined to his suit ever since the operation that saved his life Agent H has begun developing serious mental trauma avoiding reflecting surfaces in general, occasionally staring at his gloved hands for hours on end, uncertain of his own humanity or lack thereof.
As his soul continues to rot away within his suit it is Herzegownia's mind that has breached boundaries. Stealing books and other media of interest from locations visited while on missions the Inhuman Agent keeps himself distracted, trying to desperately remain in touch with a world out of reach.

His earliest memory was of the cruelty of fate and the gods upon his people. They send deathly winters or fiery summers upon their crops, disease into their flesh, and war upon their homes. And Yvo and spat at them, swearing revenge against fate for the lot dealt to his people and that he would see mankind rise up to challenge the gods. To that end, he sought to learn how to manipulate those around him and bend them and reality to his will. Through his influence his tribe enacted great sacrifice,and bound their souls into him, a single vessel that they might live eternal. With such a magic and with his influence he cast a spell granting him eternal youth, and the ability to heal from the deadliest wounds, such that he might live on and roam this world in search of such a power.
Ever did he wander through time, advancing in knowledge of the mystical and scientific arts and influencing civilizations to serve as his tools for knowledge, and harnessing the cosmos. But ever would the gods send their minions to foil him, to keep him and all mankind from the ultimate power they deserved.
He remembers the blueprints of Babel, and witnessed the wroth of the gods upon the mind of man.
He remembers being a court magician of Pharoah and mighty Aegyptus, and battling Moses undo all that had been done and Aegyptus shamed forever.
He remembers Atlantis, how the gods tossed it into the waves in jealousy, rendering a great civilization no more despite his efforts.
He remembers Babylon, how mighty Nebuchadnezzar sought all the wisdom of the world to alchemy to create the philosopher stone, and how three young boys in a fiery furnace removed the kings faith and ruined Yvo's plans.
He remembers Camelot, how Merlin swayed the boy King from him and slew his ally Morgana.
He remembers Hydra, designing wonders from the great tesseract, until the Allies stole the cube from the Red Skull.
So many names gone by, Saul, Balaak, Faust, Rasputin, Jim Jones. And every time he has sought to use the resources and wealth of nations to reach new heights of existential knowledge and power, and every time he has been thwarted.
But until the day he is finally struck down he will not cease in his quest. He will not stop developing new occult methods, technologies, and weapons for those who would hire him. He would not stop searching this world for clues to the next step in achieving higher existence. Background: Kilchii is half native American. His mother was very proud of their heritage and gave him a traditional name meaning red child. He grew up fast quickly rising to the top in all courses athletic and academic. Like every single other human joiner of shield he was valedictorian of his school and captain of the local tomahawk club. In Academy Kilchii excelled in leadership and close-mid range combat. His skill with tomahawks and ability to get along with almost anyone despite his rather childish sense of humor quickly setting him apart from other students. He was marked for experimentation. But where others had faced extremely averse side effects his only side effect was his skin becoming red almost as if God was mocking his mother's name choice. However the upside. The upside was amazing to put it in the simplest possible terms. And so Kilchii graduated and became one of the shield agents with a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor and still somehow a quite frankly moronic sense of humor.

Don't.
Hired on after getting his doctorate in Mechanical Engineering at only 18, Adam expected a fairly standard life of designing machinery. Hell, he didn't even know that it was a government agency that was so determined to hire him. It might explain why so many other places declined to even interview him though.
A few years passed relatively uneventfully, at least at his level. During a late night experiment however, something went wrong. He'd requested a small piece of vibranium for use in a new style of armor, just enough to coat normal steel like gold leaf. During the testing process, one of the laser focuses shattered. Heading into the testing chamber, the door locked shut and the machine began to cycle on.

Background: James was an ordinary kid at one point. That was before a devastating incident destroyed his home. A mutant went on a rampage destroying much of what he considered his home town. It was so bad the avengers were called in to deal with it, and all James did was cower and think how any human could fight that. James gained a new determination soon after that, and began to learn to fight. He began taking martial arts to sharpen his body and learned all he could to sharpen his mind. He joined shield as soon as he could and worked his way through the ranks to be able to stand beside the gifted. Soon he will be able to stand up to those with powers beyond comprehension, like those he admired and gave him resolve when he was young, and he hopes to be an inspiration to those to come. May also be a hawkeye fanboy.

Agent H's gaze rested on the flickering bold letters that spelled "No Survivors". Cursed with lethal toxins and blessed with the ability to literally tear a man into pieces with his bare hands he had little in the ways of subtlety. Heavy gear would be required.

Agent H slightly turned his head in the direction of the voice. James Wittiker, no doubt. Saying he was good was an understatement. Back in the bottom ranks everybody knew him.
Wittiker was what many would describe as a SHIELD posterboy, the glorified representation of what it meant to peak human potential. He was smart and able. A daily reminder to everyone that being human was no excuse for giving up the fight.
Of course there was practically nobody in the lower ranks who could have competed with James, Agent Herzegowina had seen him in action on several occasions. Nobody said it out loud around him, but once he turned his back everybody was all too aware of the fact that James would eventually leave the Response Unit behind and move on to greater things.
For some reason it pained Agent H to see him on the mission. Wittiker was the personification of SHIELD ideals, seeing him taking part in a wipeout mission was.. unsettling.

1-2. Silently Agent H watched as their transport took off only to be swallowed by the dense jungle flora. This was it, the real deal. Calmly he turned around, his eyes scanning trees and bushes, his hands firmly holding on to his Laser Rifle. If things had been up to him he would have been standing here with a heavy duty bag filled to the brim with explosives, however things had not went this way as he had suspected to begin with. Preliminary actions would have to be taken to avoid such situations from occuring in the future.
There was an alternative solution. One he did not prefer and that would probably in no way be sanctioned by the SHIELD leadership or even his own comrades if they were aware of it. But it was the plan's absolute brazenness that gave Agent H confidence in its success. The silent man in the HAZMAT suit stumped straight towards the compound without as much as a hint of secrecy.
He was a tall man in a scary outfit and even scarier face, whenever he took a breath the rattling sound of his mask broke the silence and despite all of these properties he knew more about physics and biology than most university professors. If the police saw him fighting somebody else they would probably open fire on Agent H, in short: He looked more like a bad guy than most bad guys did.
The plan was simple. Herzegowina would proclaim himself "Doctor H", a henchman, sent out by his Boss to supply Booba with new information about the metahumans. If required he would be fully able to deliver information that would uphold the integrity of his disguise.
In order to ensure the unquestioning acceptance of his persona he would have to mimic and explosive temper, snapping the neck of whomever questioned the legitimacy of his claims alongside a cheesy Villain line such as "You dare question me worm?!". Should the plan succeed and actually gain him access to Jiga Booba perhaps he would be able to draw some conclusions towards future meetings or the informants identity through the Warlords no doubt suspicious questions.
Certainly the Warlord would soon see through the sharade eventually and things would get bloody, however this would give Agent H the opportunity to take down the head of the operation first, disabling the chain of command and weakening the resistance for his team to swoop in and mop up the confused remains.
Passive:
He was a strong guy able to carry and move heavy things, there was little reason why his protection would need to be limited to the same standards as those of his comrades. While still within the SHIELD base Agent Herzegowina would draw up an armor design to be refined and constructed for him to wear. After all if he could lift a ton there was nothing wrong with wearing over 200 pounds of armor to save his life and act as moving cover.

Damian crouched low as he traveled across the jungle floor. He was alone, heading in silently to assist in taking the objective. He loved this part of the mission, the freedom to be alone and to let his powers be powers. He could see the world in a way that no one else could. It surprised him that people missed out on so much. He can see pupils shift, hair stand on end, ants chewing plants, and more.
His eyes taking everything in, he moves until he sees a installation in the distance. With his long tentacles he reaches up to a thick tree branch and pulls himself up, the branch cracking a bit as the strength of his tentacle breaks the bark.
"Oops. Oh well…" he thinks as he climbs up. Making sure he was secured he looks out at the area.

3. Pinko takes some time to calibrate his weapon so it fires properly. The MX12 smoothbore high-caliber anti-material rifle was originally manufactured as a joke, but early tests found that when the blowback mechanism was adjusted it could actually be fired without ripping the housing to pieces. The entire concept, despite this odd origin, was eventually applied to an early crewed variation of the weapon, but, it was again found to be difficult to fire given the recoil compensators at the time. Eventually the bugs would be ironed out, but by then a new crew mounted weapon was found for most light and heavy vehicles being produced by the late Soviet factory networks across the state. Subsequently the MX12 project fell into languish, but, was eventually recovered and redesigned as a heavy infantry weapon that could be fitted to an as-yet-unnamed mobile suit that had been under design. You climb up the tree finding a decent vantage point to overlook the compound. As you examine the base you notice several large tanks of what looks like green liquid hidden at the back. For defenses there seem to be four watch towers with machine guns at each corner and three two man patrols around the outskirts with four men at the main gates. As Agent Pinko’s drone flies over you can see fifteen men and whats looks like some sort of mutant monster get dispatched to deal with him. That leaves eighteen visible soldiers that you can see including one large bull-like mutant which is carrying a mini-gun. As you are about to descend you notice that that Agent Wittiker has attracted the attention of one of the patrols but quickly dispatches them. You radio this information to the rest of the Agents on this mission.

Without turning on stealth measures your [Long Range Transport Drone] flies in clear view of the compound landing several clicks away. You find a position by the road with decent cover to set up an ambush for any responding patrols. Your sensors flare up as you can see three armed trucks driving up the road, as you open fire upon the militia killing several you are struck by a large mutated beast that seems to have been invisible to your chassis sensors. It’s claws do little to harm you but the militia now has a bead on you and are equipped with small arms and several RPGs.

The mutate looks down at you the stink of his breath seeping even through your gas-mask as he proclaims “With the dying of the sun and the death of all beasts whom do I serve?”

1-2. A bull of a man, or perhaps a man bull even. Obviously Agent H did not know the answer to the question and no matter which semantics one prefered things were going to get ugly with the mutant. Despite his impressive looks Herzegowina bargained on his physical superiority and advanced training, a decision that could cost lives, but if he proved to disable the minigun carrier immediately the advantages that would result were incalculable.
Quickly the Agents eyes scanned the bull man, he was probably rather thick headed and aware of the fact. Agent H would strike the mutant's head first. Even if he saw the fist coming perhaps the mutant would be confident enough to let him have the first punch misinterpreting the Agent's attack as a desperate last resort, willing to take the punch in order to humiliate his attacker.
While no human would survive the excessive amount of force put into Agent H's strike the mutant would certainly be more resistant, still if no outright cerebral hemmorage resulted trauma, unconsciousness or at least disorientation would most probably ensue, hopefully allowing Agent H to deliver a second lethal strike upon the hostile's jugular, crushing it and forcing the victim to choke to death upon its blood.

You grip the bottom of the vehicle flipping it onto two more of the militia crushing with them it’s bulk. Crimson blood dripping from your chassis, their commander broken body at your feet, the remaining militia try to run for the jungle cover.

1-2. The mutant was stronger than at first expected. Obviously he would try to utilize the minigun to his advantage, something Agent H could not allow him to do. Firstly Herzegowina would have to prevent his enemy from gaining distance, while sprinting after him he would have to take a few shots at the bull's legs, certainly his large stature should make for an easy target, however engaging him in direct melee would remain a priority.
The bull had taken a strong hit to the face, it was more than likely that his sensory abilities were impaired, potentially limiting his combat effectiveness enough to give Agent Herzegownia the edge. During the fight the Agent would keep his senses alert, aware of his surroundings, anything he could use to his advantage. In this battle Herzegowina could not afford to miss out on a single opportunity to deliver the lethal blow, for it would inevitably spell his own doom.
Passive:
The inhuman strength Agent H had received after his change was a beam of light in an otherwise pitch black pit. Every time you go to bypass or go through a new checkpoint the whole system seems to refigure itself on you. This could only make sense if someone was watching your keystrokes while you type and purposely making algorithms to counter yours. You make a quick glance around you and notice a small security camera which seems to feed directly into a small computer labeled “Hephaesteus”. As you approach the computer a small turret pops up from the lid with a small red dot aimed at your chest. You realize that Pym in his insanity created an sentient AI solely for the purpose of being his firewall, as there is no way any simple program could counter you so elegantly. Going back to your laptop you open up communications with Hephaesteus and manage to convince it you are an Agent of SHIELD and are simply here to help find Dr. Pym. Hephaesteus forwards you a video of Pym entering a chamber on the top of the circular device, a flash of light and then he is nowhere to be found.

1-2. The liquid was burning through the suit rapidly and if they could do that to a suit especially made to withstand chemicals Agent H could only assume that his skin would peel off and his flesh would begin to disintegrate once the mutant's spit had made its way through.
Certainly another salvo of spit would have fatal effects, still one of the mutant's legs had been disabled which made the sensible next choice of attack the bull's jaw. Breaking his jaw with a few well placed punches or dislocating it would at least prevent the Agent's suit from deteriorating at a faster rate.
If all went well Agent Herzegowina would attempt to grab the bull by the horns using them in order to twist the bull's head, breaking his neck or forcing him to perform a roll in which case he would rapidly change the direction of the twist attempting to use the Bull's own momentum to snap his neck.
Of course his combat plans had only worked out to some extent this far, however Agent H remained confident that he would simply have to wear the Bull down sufficiently in order for his team to sweep in and assist in confirming the kill.
Passive:
The encounter with the Bull had taught Agent H a great many things. He needed to continually improve if he wanted to take on foes as dangerous as the Bull-Man. He could not always rely on his team to come and save him, after all they could be in need of his help as well.

The Elephant monster moves with incredible dexterity and is on top of you almost before you can react. However just in the nick of time a hail of machine-gun fire sprays across it flank pulling it’s attention and allowing you to successfully get away from it’s grip. Pulling away to quickly asses the situation you remeber back to your SHIELD training, mutates of this size often but incredible stress on their joints and tendons making leg attacks super effective.
