An eclipse where the sun and moon fight over the heavens.

Alas, the sun will fall." - Lady in Red.

The Sun spent her time and energy on creation. Making life spring forth on every corner of the world. The moon grew jealous; Instead of creating his own he stole the Suns creations during the night when she was turned away. However this corruption lead many to be unable to touch her light again.

The constant conflict between the two have been known of since those early days. It would always be so, The dark hunts the light during the night, the light hunts the dark during the day. The children of the day and the creatures of the night have always been divided. A circle of strife where one side lashes out against the other and the other seeks vengeance. Bloodshed is common on both sides. But during the day, their dear mother, the sunlight herself, has always protected the “Good” And “Righteous.” Giving the light an advantage over the children of the dark.

Until one day, prophesied the lady in red divined, The prophesy that the world scoffed at, struck true. 

In a blaze during the eclipse, hundreds years after the divination was made, the sun fell in an inferno to earth. As her divine form touched the soil her body shattered into hundreds of shards, scattering over the lands. A desperate attempt to survive the goddess hid herself in countless souls to one day be reunited.

This was only 2 months ago. As the protection of the light was lost an eternal night began. Already on the first handful of days several cities fell to the hordes of vampires, werewolves and other dark nightmares that now feely roam the lands. Guided by the pale moon still visible in the sky. Only through the innate magic of the lands does the crops grow and the temperature allow life. Though without the extra help from the sun great hardships plague the lands. Methods to create sunlight thought spells or other means can be discovered to ensure a good harvest.

>Magic.

Everyone contains magic to some degree; It is part of the soul and can be depleted. There are situations of mages killing themselves by using a far to powerful spell compared to their own capacity. However it is found that in intimate acts the two involved souls help each other recharge as well as heal wounds. It is therefore common for a powerful mage to have one or several companions for the sole purpose of pleasurable recharging.

It is also possible for two souls to be joined through acts of great passion, where a mage could empower a soldier into a mighty force, yet the soldier become dependent on the mage for more energy and recharges.

One with powerful magic can also use intercourse as an alternative way to force a change on their victim’s essence. Some use this as a way to corrupt good to the side of the dark, while a powerful force of the good might be able to use it to force a creature of the dark into their submission or even purify it.

Background and fluff: Ivaz is a crystalline spirit. If you don't know what a crystalline spirit is that is because they are usually forgotten. Much like nature spirits control plants and animals and emotion spirits control their specific emotion crystalline spirits control all things crystalline. They used this to shape the world and create the ores and gems of the world long ago before the sun created the races. As time went on their roll in the world was forgotten, and they lost their purpose. Many decided to disappear, but Ivaz decided to stay and watch the world in case he was needed. As time went on his desire for purpose became a bitterness to the races who have forgotten his kind, and then disdain for the gods who created them and taught them nothing of the ones who shaped the world long ago. As the sun shattered upon his home and the world became dark he knew it was time to move. Ivaz had a new goal now, to become a god and end this feud between the light and dark one way or another, before it destroys the world the spirits so eagerly protect.

Name: Jotunn ættaðr

Background and fluff: Born to a mother who's name he never knew, Jotunn was a marvel to behold as an infant. Weighing as much as a sack of grain, with a head the size of a watermelon, a warrior of the tribe came into this world screaming. His mother died before she could name him, and so the village named him Jotunn ættaðr, for it was said he must have giants blood in him to be this big.

As he grew he proved them right, his height overtook the other children of the tribe within 6 years, and by the time he was 12 towered a foot over the tallest man and with a body that could wrestle a bear and push back an ox. He valued his size and strength and power, something which tribe valued in a warrior as well, and carved his name into the minds of the tribe as he joined the raiding bands and cut men in two with a single blow. On the day he achieved manhood challenged the village to the Chieftans daughter. None could oppose him, and so when the Chieftan died he took his place.

His size and brawn did not take away room for a warriors mind and cunning, and he lead his tribe to glory after glory, raiding those of dark and light without discrimination. In time, the Proven had had enough and organized a great army several times the tribes size to wipe them out. It would have been the end for them until the timely rescue of the Dwarves of Allethaes, who had been tracking the Proven's army.

He had always thought the dwarves weak, small creatures not fit to fight. Until the day he saw that their size did not limit them. He saw the strength in their armor, their weapons, their discipline, how with a handful of short men they slew a mighty Proven war beast ten times their height, and held the line against so many proven numbers.

Two things happened this day, the Dwarves earned the favor and loyalty of the Tribe forever forever. And Jotunn would forever be inspired by the Dwarvens warcraft. Now he seeks to lead his tribe into a style of warfare. Of discipline. Of pike walls and crossbows and heavy armor. Now the giant barbarian takes on an equally heavy plate of armor and a mighty dwarven sword, and aims to see his tribe become the greatest fighting force the world has ever seen and carve their name into history.

Name: Natros Yo'shen

Race: Half Elf

Background and fluff: Born within the massive forest of Silva Alaric, Natros was apprenticed to an aging human Ranger. Despite his age, the human's skill with a bow was unmatched within the forest, and possibly the world. Combined with a small bit of magic, a camouflaged cloak and many years training to move silently, the pair worked for the good of Silva Alaric together for close to a decade. With the Fall of the Radia, came a massive influx of fighting at the edges of Silva. Natros and his mentor Halsor were tasked with assassinating a number of high priority targets by the Council, a duty they gladly accepted. The darkness of their targets would only help with their unseen movement, so that they could conserve their mana. Three such missions were completed, killing two clan leaders of the Primal and a vampire. However, with the vampire, an unforeseen complication arose. Halsor was killed, after which the vampire combusted from the five sunlight infused arrows that sprouted from her chest within two seconds. With dozens more vampires coming, the grieving ranger swept up his mentor's body and ghosted away from the vampire stronghold. With a great deal of ceremony, the body is returned to the earth, and an acorn placed in the grave.

1-2) Mathew's hand instinctively reached for his sword yet he stopped himself despite the inherent threat that a undead presented. She was different though. This place was holy ground despite what the heretics may say and she was able to lay here in prayer. The ghost wasn't a threat but the ragged breathes that he drew in reminded him of what was. "Disregard her" His voice was cutting and despite the friendship that he had with his men, there would be no arguing on this. "I want half of you to search the church for any survivors or any other entrances.

The other half is to man the windows and keep watch for the vile enemies. We should be protected in here but I will not risk our lives on that." He was their commander and he wouldn't brook argument while they were in the field. Not while they were being hounded. His eyes drifted towards the ghost once more with a increasing intensity. His feet moved slowly and with measured steps as he men left towards their respective tasks. There was sort of dread in his stomach despite his assurance of safety while he stepped next to the ghost and knelt down in prayer. It was a wordless prayer that was sent towards Radia.

A prayer for the deceased, a prayer for his men, a prayer for himself, and a prayer for the souls of those he would slay in the coming hours. As he finished his prayer, Mathew turned towards the ghost and spoke softly with kindness in his voice. "Hello. I am Mathew Montarey of the Karellian army. Might I know the pleasure of knowing who you are and what you are doing here?"

Helena cant make much of the book currently, being frustrated and angry over the other mages she does not get much studying done.

As she approaches the guard he gives her a nervous smile, as always, it was not hard to realize that he had a thing for her. It was not hard therefore to convince him to come along. The two end up in a more secluded part deeper in the library. Cloths and armor were quickly discarded, his hands exploring her body as she is disrobed. For being a mere guard he does quite well, his fingers soon finding sweet spots on Helena's body. As she lies down on the cloths on the floor he traces her form with light kisses. As if though worshiping her he goes down on his knees, kissing lower and lower over her body till he reaches her sweet spot. The first moments are a bit clumsy, as he tries to please her with his lips and tongue. However he quickly learns what Helena likes, listening to her moans and gasps, adjusting to please her in the way she wants it. He manages to bring her to a smaller climax with just his mouth and fingers. As he rises up to look at her lying there beneath him with hazy eyes he smiles blissfully. The Ink.

A curious book if anything. As you read it speaks of shadows of the world. A realm suspended between the light and darkness yet a reflection of the current world itself. There are those who claim its a place there nightmares reside, and that unlucky chosen who are close to the realm of shadows can slip in during their sleep. It vaguely describes uses as well however. Mostly it seems to be a history book about this so called 'Ink' with information about certain bloodlines with the power to control it. Using the Ink to their advantage in several different purposes. You skim it through once, then a second time when you think you notice something of with the text. Upon the third you find it. Key locations mentioned. How it seems to focus its stories upon one specific bloodline. A bloodline of powerful vampires, said to rival the 'Morrigan.' It takes some time while you are hidden in your corner. But in the end you are sure. Its a guide, made to lead the reader to the books origins. Lots of hidden details and clues all point towards it. Who knows what would be at the end of it, riches, magical objects or more! But the dangers are also clear, attempting this on your could very well end with your death.

It would seem that to access the books treasure you will need two 'keys.' One should be hidden in "Mara Desert" you are certain it wont be to hard to find it with the book.

You have been working hard, and hard work yields rewards. you feel your strength grow as chopping the trees and dragging the logs become a slight bit easier over time. You also try out using one of the tree branches like a mace, Its a bit unwieldy but it seems to deal a good amount of damage with your strength, causing large cracks in the heavy trees but also the branch you use.

During your "breaks" you travel to one of the close villages, hoping that it has not already been burned to the ground. You need a doctor for your men, they are still ill and only 15 of them can actually work with the logs you have brought from the woods. As you arrive you se that the village has indeed been burned down, corpses are scattered about and some are only charred remains.

Movement to your left puts you on edge as you ready your sword to se a figure robed in tight black fabric and a black leather coat. Their face covered by a stark white mask typical that of a plague doctor. You cant tell what gender they are. 'he' was checking if one of the less wounded corpses had survived when they notice you. Their head tilts to the side as they look up on the behemoth before them. As you express the need for aid they simply silently nod, pick up their medical bag and come with you to the hidden outpost.

Your men have not managed well with recuperating, it seems that several of them had been poisoned. It changes when the doctor arrives however, in silence the person checks each and one of them over before taking out a vial. They pour up a thick foul fluid in some water that they have each of your men drink reluctantly from. The next day several of them are back up and active again. Your doctor continues to tend to the others while your men and some of the dwarfs begin to use the wood to make repairs. It seems repairing the place fully will take some time, but as long as you are not discovered you are not at risk.

Some of your men express suspicion over the doctor your brought along. Even though they have saved several of your men they have not said a word for the whole duration. Your doctor also declined joining you and your men for food during the evening.

Controlling unbridled magic is not easy, As you use mana as well to try and force your magic to grow stronger small sparks of pure mana explode around you, It causes a bit of damage but it is nothing that can not be replaced. At least you think such, once you are done meditating you notice your current cloths seems to have melted slightly, an interesting effect but not pleasing.

Once you have switched cloths and headed out in the town you get many returned, if a bit nervous, smiles. You can notice some women whisper to each other and then giggle as you walk past. The men don't seem to happy over that reaction, but the light is necessity that makes them willing to put up with it. You learn the town has little news as usual, but there is rumors that some villages further in amongst the mountains have still managed to survive.

He begins to feast, savoring his 'reward', his brood all around him watching on with hunger. Once he is done there is only scraps left that the 7 throw themselves over. They fight each other viciously for the remaining bites of food. As they finish eating the seven make their way out through the window and fly away high into the sky.

She is chosen as your guide through the darkness since navigation nowadays must be done entirely via the stars, spells or simply "knowing" the way.

The second ranger you have heard of as well. Ke'ran. A seasoned man who bears many scars from his life as a ranger, he is okay with a bow but far better in close combat. It would seem that you have been chosen cause of your potential as well as your impressive skill with the bow.

You are the one trusted with the council emblem of Mahariel na Astra.

A tamer is waiting ad the edge of the denser forests, ready with three oversized catlike creatures with pitch black fur. A common kind of mount for the elves to use within the forest were it is impossible for horses to move.

The disadvantage with them is that they glow so strong, a beacon in the dark, that everyone in the fight will know who fired it and also risk the archer to be detected by others.

It is here she finds an image she recognizes. A man outside of the normal factions, now and then seen helping the elves of Allethaes. A dragon of the light. His elven form is the exact image of the man you saw only a day ago. However on his records is written the date of when he fell in battle, over a month and a half ago, he has not been heard of since. Davis notices how your eyes stay on the image. Silently he moves up next to you and looks at the book deep in thought.

She soon returns and the two of you walk away from the guard as she begins to speak about the book.

1.Egrox spends some money to attempt to learn magic: light magic, in specific. Egrox is not terribly keen on magic, but he thinks that a grounding in the arts would be useful. As such he spends some time with Avalkya to figure out the basics {Train with Avalkya: light magic}.

Stanton was a human that dabbled in the arts of magic… WAS. He no longer is, and hasn't been for many years. Ever since he merged himself with a demon that he summoned he's been something more. Gaining agelessness, great magic power and demonic knowledge at the mere price of things such as morality, compassion and what is commonly known as "goodness". Though some other things were also gained. An insatiable lust was an unexpected side-effect. Ever craving new experiences of the carnal kind. Lusting for women to do depraved acts with. I am so sorry for missing your update.

Apollo nods shaky as you take care of his scraped knees, you find some herbs in the dark that you know help against infection. He does not complain as you apply it but its visible that it hurts. He makes a soft whine as you rub softly on the leafs, making them stick to his wounds for the best effect.

" W-what was that father..? " He says with a shaky voice, looking up at you with wide and scared eyes. He shivers slightly as he huggs his legs close to his chest, with care to not disturb the leaves on his wounds.

"I'v never seen something that big…"

Fixing a hidden camp becomes easier than expected, you find a large tree that has fallen over and created a good shelter on one side of it. its branches so that it will give shelter to the rain if leaves and moss are added. Soon the two of you have a nice and small roof to sit down under with wind protection from two sides. There is no sign of the beast, though it could very well be watching the two of you from the forest waiting for the right moment. At least there are no spiders here.

Name: Kiji and Liji(Can be called either or, dont really mind)

Race: Jian(Long forgotten by the rest of the world along with alot info on them outside for myths and tales)

Background and fluff: Kiji and Liji are essentially one being with two bodies, an ancient monster pair from times when the sun ruled the land almost totally. Though their original race is unknown some facts are known. Their race feeds on essence, specifically on conceptual things like rage or love, in the same way a vampire drinks blood. Mothers always give birth to a set of twins that are so identical they can be thought of as one person. Were one twin to get hurt the other would be hurt as well, and were one to die the other would perish soon after. They produce addictive and heavily musky sexual fluids that, while only slightly powerful, can overtake a person if it is applied enough. The fluid must either cover the person almost fully, be ingested directly, or packed inside of them. It cannot be diluted except minisculely or it will lose its addictive property, but it stays fresh forever and is impossibly thick. It helps that Jians make gallons upon gallons of sexual fluids naturally and at will, and have large sexual characteristics.

Kiji and Liji absolutely LOVE to feed on masculinity and virility, and were feared in the past due to taking barbarians back to their cave to be drained of their manliness until only muscular bimbo's remained, and in the past the icy homes of barbarians was their feeding grounds. Unfortunately they were defeated by a barbarian light mage and imprisoned, and during that time their race was killed off. After the sun was shattered though so was the spell that bound thm, and now they are back to ravage the men and women of the world.

Class: Essence Reaper(can make projections or enchantements that drain essence or concepts such as will or hate or even infuse said concepts. When draining concepts more physical the changes are alot more apparent. A manly man knight drained of virility entirely will essentially have turned into an extremely girly girl both physically and mentally, and continued draining will change ones to more unnatural proportions and extremes. Infusing a concept does the exact opposite, and mixing concepts can make a wimpy girly girl a muscular yet blantantly feminine strong willed woman or a manly man a wimpy girl)

In line with this the Jian's Biomancy focuses on said fluids. They devise spells to levitate their fluids, cause it to have effects, preserve it, and more. These natural talents make them some of the best dominators amongst the forces of the darkness, at the cost that they are not natural fighters despite their scary appearance. To make up for this they take slaves from the other races, preferably warriors and fighters that can protect them.

Kiji is no exception to his race. Like other Jian's he is intelligent, lithe, and crafty. He lives in a huge cave network but often helps out other creatures of the darkness. Recently he assisted a Proven assault, and as a reward was given some precious objects, some goods and some equipment. But most importantly he acquired the lucky Warrior who is going to become his newest slave and bodyguard as payment for the loss of his old one. How delightful~

Name: Jotunn ættaðr

Race: Human (possibly giant descended)

Background and fluff: Born to a mother who's name he never knew, Jotunn was a marvel to behold as an infant. Weighing as much as a sack of grain, with a head the size of a watermelon, a warrior of the tribe came into this world screaming. His mother died before she could name him, and so the village named him Jotunn ættaðr, for it was said he must have giants blood in him to be this big.

As he grew he proved them right, his height overtook the other children of the tribe within 6 years, and by the time he was 12 towered a foot over the tallest man and with a body that could wrestle a bear and push back an ox. He valued his size and strength and power, something which tribe valued in a warrior as well, and carved his name into the minds of the tribe as he joined the raiding bands and cut men in two with a single blow. On the day he achieved manhood challenged the village to the Chieftans daughter. None could oppose him, and so when the Chieftan died he took his place.

His size and brawn did not take away room for a warriors mind and cunning, and he lead his tribe to glory after glory, raiding those of dark and light without discrimination. In time, the Proven had had enough and organized a great army several times the tribes size to wipe them out. It would have been the end for them until the timely rescue of the Dwarves of Allethaes, who had been tracking the Proven's army.

He had always thought the dwarves weak, small creatures not fit to fight. Until the day he saw that their size did not limit them. He saw the strength in their armor, their weapons, their discipline, how with a handful of short men they slew a mighty Proven war beast ten times their height, and held the line against so many proven numbers.

Two things happened this day, the Dwarves earned the favor and loyalty of the Tribe forever forever. And Jotunn would forever be inspired by the Dwarvens warcraft. Now he seeks to lead his tribe into a style of warfare. Of discipline. Of pike walls and crossbows and heavy armor. Now the giant barbarian takes on an equally heavy plate of armor and a mighty dwarven sword, and aims to see his tribe become the greatest fighting force the world has ever seen and carve their name into history.

Kiji laughed, a dark rasping sound that was almost a screech. He was always laughing, always finding something funny. His brothers and sisters, his mother and actually Jian father, they always laughed too. He was born laughing, and like all Jian's he laughed for a reason. Everything was part of a plan. It always ends the way he wants, even when there is some derailment. Of course there are times when he wasnt laughing. Maybe he needed to be silent, maybe he decided that laughing was not good for the occasion(admittedly its rare), and sometimes something happens that isnt funny.

One of those unfunny things happened earlier today. He sent his faithful and discreet slave out to assist the proven, and his reward was some goods, some equipment, and a dead slave along with her killer. Considering the time that went into breaking his last toy and the connection he had with her this was hardly a fair trade! But its alright, these things happen to everybody. Besides his new toy is a real delite…

Kiji looked down at the elven warrior as she lay upon the bed, insults and threats spilling from between her lips like a drunkard. She hadnt shut up since she woke up. He had sat in the room for 5 hours completely still except for the tapping of his claws on his legs, watching her as she slept, thinking of all the things he planned on doing to her. And now that she was animated he could really take in her personality and body.

"Are you listening to me monster or are you still lost in some daydream?! My allies will be here in short order to take care of you. Mark my words you will feel the full fury of light magic within an hour! Then again a sick thing like you is probably too dumb to keep time. Hah! Too think that you even managed to get a sla-"

Kiji leaned in and let his obscenely long prehensile tongue snake out and give everything from her soft yet strong stomach to her immense lactating dark breasts a long slimy lick. She jumped when he did it, straining against magical bonds that he knew the words to undo. His tongue flicked her nipple playfully, catching some of the sweet liquid on his tongue.

"What the fuck! In the name of the sun get the hell away from me you disgustin-"

Like lightning Kiji was in her face, his tongue in her mouth and far too large for her to bite down on, while his hands groped those gargantuan milky breasts. He was glad he convinced the biomancer to work on her, very, very, glad. Thick odd tasting slime went down her throat, being produced in unimaginable amounts. Despite his tongue going down her throat he managed to say, with perfect clearness.

"I like you slave. The fun ones always have bite, and the best keep it after im done. Now silence for now, I wish to enjoy this…"
