Advantages: Family Tree - It is impossible, completely impossible, to sneak attack CIS forces. When they are produced, each CIS forces member is individually linked to another member. When any linked member dies or is removed from range, the CIS unit at the other end of the link simply “knows” immediately for no obvious reason. Due to this linking & the nature of their intelligence, while psy attacks have less chance of hitting them, they do more damage.
Disadvantages: Anti-virus - Clearing out the virus causes the CIS drones to self destruct, as they no longer function after that. As a result, a sufficiently strong hacking attempt might shut down large numbers of them suddenly if it rolls particularly well.

While your population is at any number above 8 or equal to 8, you have 3 actions, rolling 3d100s, with 1 and towards 1 = progressive grades of failure, and 100 and towards 100 equaling progressive grades of success, the cutoff point between failure and success is 50, with above success and below failure.
Even during a fail, you still gain a fraction of a point, this is to keep you from having to endlessly attempt the same task.
Making members of your population scientists, military officials, and civil officials gives varying degrees of bonus determined by their skill at their job, this is a free action.
Sending messages to the homeworld is a free action once you have the means to do so, no one does currently, but to do so you need a signal sending/receiving building.
As long as the homeworld's relation with you is above a certain number (varies depending on what you are, private number known only to me), the homeworld will periodically send new population to join you, this is a free action and doesn't require any rolling unless you are under attack or undergoing a natural disaster when they arrive.

1. Initial digs reveal chambers containing Flerovium and Copernicium. Flerovium is a purplish sparkling radioactive gas and Copernicium is a yellowish gray gas that makes a slightly audible crackling sound. It isn't safe to mine currently, these two gasses could ignite if a spark or a beam hit them. However, looking in the vents reveals a wealth of copper, coal, and a 2 by-products of the 2 rare gases, neptunium-282, and Promethium-66.
It's not safe to mine currently. The gasses will vent fully and dissipate in 3 turns, but you can speed this up with successful attempts to collect the gases.

Schopenhaurium can be found in the particle index. Based on xoxox's knowledge, it is a very rare element that would be easier to make in a lab than find by digging. Its rare enough that only 1 out of every 2300 planets even has any.

The Cloning Lab operators gather in an open area to present the prototype brain warrior.
It is a brain in a case roughly the size of a human torso, with 2 double jointed legs which connect at the top, and a single medium sized gun, an electron rifle. Since the brain is riddled with wires and cables, it creates a feedback loop which slowly recharges the gun after each shot.
The Brain Warrior clank clank clanks when it moves, isolates 3 targets, shoots them with zaps of electricity, and then lowers the gun.

The brain warrior stands still, now in standby.
After careful analysis, the clone lab operators inform Xoxox that a science-purpose brain warrior could be made, but that it would be smart enough to possibly rebel.
