It depends on the day really, the main target we have to meet is keeping waiting time down, so they pressure us to get online to take calls.
Doesn't sound too bad until you realise that we need to spend time offline to actually work on fixes etc. Since we're effectively both first line and second line.
I know other types have call centres have sales targets etc which must be fucking horrible, and I'd hate that.
On quieter days its fine because you get enough idle time between calls to work on stuff without going offline, but on busier days that just isnt possible. Then anyone who does go offline pisses you off because that means theres even less time before your next call as theres one less person taking calls.

Today I fixed a door that I broke in an autistic rage a few months ago, and made a little bedside table. The clunkiest thing about it is the menus actually, which are really rough around the edges, but the gameplay itself is fairly tight once you know how it works. You can learn how to time your moves correctly in the Mission Mode tutorials.
The main attraction to the game is all the custom stuff, it works with steam workshop so you can download pretty much any wrestler you can think of from any time period or pirate it and get somebody else's picks to play around with, as well as create your own wrestlers, rings, titles, tag teams, organisations, etc. It's more like playing with wrestler toys in a sandbox, as opposed to some sort of proper game with a scripted storyline or progression.
