Back from another week of wageslaving, my second full week and without my dad around. I got through it, but my "boss" really pushed my ability to do monotonous/tedious tasks for hours on end to the limit.

Ok, so first learn to find your pelvic floor muscles. Imagine you're taking a piss (or do it while you're having one if you can't find them), and squeeze the muscle you use to stop the flow.
Once you've found it, contract for 3 seconds, then rest for 3 seconds until you've contracted 10 times. You can do it in any position but I like to do it while seated. Do this at the same time each day.

One time when I was little (10 or so) I was trying to lucidly dream. I recognized I was on a moor and visibility was awful because of thick fog - then I see some black hound chasing me so I wake up but things got weird. Probably think about that once a month. I think it was sleep paralysis, nothing super spooky happened. Even the dog - I think it was based of the Sirius black one from the prisoner of azkaban. Maybe add some Hound of the Baskervilles floating around my little head. It ran real close, looked at me, smiled, and darted back off into the fog.

Some of us are anti-drug because we've been down that road and we've seen where it leads, not necessarily with benzos but other drugs that you can build a tolerance towards and that have bad withdrawal symptoms.
It will eventually pass though as long as you stick it out, for now you'll have to grit your teeth and fight through it but it will subside eventually. Then you can start working on things drug-free, which is the most effective and long-lasting way in my experience.

Not the guy who was asking about it, but I feel like I've actually become more sensitive to gore in general recently. I used to always put myself in the shoes of the perpetrator or an observer in these videos, but watching that webm I couldn't help but think about the victim, and why they were being so cruel. They say empathy doesn't fully develop into adulthood, so maybe I'm just growing up.
