Just got back from my first walk with my dog while the parents are gone, kept the lead short so he had to stay by my side or behind me, didnt let him stop anywhere to mark his territory and he didnt even get to poo until I stopped and told him to.
Walked past another dog once and he started to bark, but I just kept going forward, thus pulling him and growled at him.
When I got home I put food in his bowl, took out a packet of crisps and ate it from on top of his food. (The packet, not putting the actual crisps in the bowl, would be gross.) then let him eat when I was finished.
Pretty comfy being the leader of the pack lol.
