What I had today is about 1442 calories, bearing in mind that I had a meal out, so bigger dinner than usual. I also worked out what I have on a standard day, which is 1092.

I had a non-24 sleep pattern for 7 years, but now I'm going to bed around midnight and getting up around 9 - 10am everyday.

It took some work, but it's definitely doable. Biggest obstruction for me was the internet, even now I still have the odd night where I get sucked in and carried away online, and miss my bedtime goal by an hour or two. It's not every night/morning/afternoon/evening like it used to be though.

I essentially changed my way of thinking to see my sleep routine and general well-being as more important than whatever bullshit it is I'm looking at on my computer. I also needed some self-worth and self-esteem to see things that way, which I'm still developing but they are more present than they used to be at least.

Definitely worth trying to fix though, a decent sleep pattern is pretty much the first stepping stone towards self-improvement.

When I was in college, someone might approach me and ask me a question or something, and on instinct I'd always answer as frankly and in as little words as possible, which would kill the conversation immediately. Then there would just be awkward silence for ages.
