If you're gud enough they most certainly are.
If there's one thing that's never changed it's furfaggots' willingness to shell out ridiculous amounts of money for people to draw their autistic OCs getting fucked in the ass.

You should have put it in a blue chip mutual for the last 3 years…. I would still recommend doing so, or perhaps waiting for the next 2008-style correction before doing so. The stock market doubles every 7 years. always has.
You could make more money off fuckin microsoft stock dividends alone than you are right now. Don't let the Jews win.

I do run a small business with 1 employee. I mostly buy cheap niche stuff on Alibaba and sell it in the EU with an Onlinestore, Amazon Marketplace and Ebay. I also do have a small warehouse with an office.
The revenue is about 240.000€/year. I believe i could do about 350-400k/year if I stop procrastinating :3

Isn't this what everyone is doing right now?
If you go on Youtube, every possible normie is suggesting to do this type of re-selling, especially since you can let Amazon handle the shipping.
May I ask how much you initially invested in?

yea, the normies and all those youtube sellers are trying to make some fast cash with pleb products like fidget spinners for example. Most of them get fucked by Chinese sellers wich are selling directly from China with FBA. You cant beat their prices.
I try to go in very deep technical niches to avoid the FBA normies. I also try to set up own onlinestores because I dont want to be dependent on Amazon.
Started with 8000€ which i had saved.

Keep out of any market until the next crash comes. Then buy everything cheap (stocks, real estate, basically anything).
Do NOT buy gold, it moons during inflationary crashes, but not in deflationary ones like the next.

Hey /biz/, finally got a blue collar job, but considering my age and general life status, the pay is a-ok for now, how do i, as a balkan yuropoor invest in something? And no, i'm not jizzing over cryptos even though i already made some small money with buttcoin. What is the best type of investment for actually making money and not just storing it for cataclismic events?

I'm going to be 25 soon. Going into trade school for Auto Tech. Going to work and save to put a down payment on a duplex/something I can rent out and live in. Have experience in housing renovation, so I'll look for cheap fixer uppers in up-and-coming neighborhoods. Will probably do a combination of rentals/flips. Anyone have experience with buying foreclosed houses? Eventually I'll open my own garage, and one day own multiple garages. So real estate+garages essentially.
Wish I had stayed in college and studied mechanical engineering. I dropped out because at the time it wasn't what I wanted to be. Still sort of agree with my younger self there but one thing I didn't think about back then was status and how people don't take you as seriously without a college degree. I've had a serious relationship end because of it (honestly I dodged a bullet, but still it was painful at the time), still if I play my cards right a six figure salary isn't that hard to attain, but it is a harder road. Sometimes I just feel less attractive to women, though. Mechanic doesn't get as many panties as wet as Mechanical Engineer. I worry about hitting my 30s before looking for a girl, but thankfully I look almost half my age.

Depends on the neighbourhood, bring a shotgun and backup. Could be dens for illegal business or crackhouses. There's a reason they have been foreclosed.

Work hard and take as much overtime as possible. Never be late. Never call in sick.
Invest only in long term bonds and invest all bond earnings back into bonds. Hustle designer furniture and expensive bicycles on the side. *sips*

You're retarded. People foreclose because they buy shit they can't afford or a catastrophic event.
Foreclosures can be good. Remember you're not buying the house, you're buying the location. No one wants a really nice house in a shit neighborhood. You'll lose money that way. Buy the shittiest house the best neighborhood you can afford. Look for nice yards, big houses, pools, expensive/new cars, proximity to mass transit and proximity to good businesses. Fix the house as cheaply as possible while also appealing to a middle age home buyer. You don't want your cheapness to be apparent. Buy the cheapest thing that doesn't look like garbage when doing repairs and renovations. Young people don't have money/prefer to rent, old people are settled.
If you're not going to make enough money to cover your costs and time live in the house and rent out some rooms. have your renters bring in enough income to pay for mortgage and your insurance. Live in that fuck until you have enough money to buy another house you you can sell your house at a profit. 20% down is very important if you don't have 3x the mortgage, otherwise use as much leverage as possible while still having a reasonable mortgage. You don't want to put the minimum down with a fucked interest rate in case of a downturn in the housing market or you fucked up when buying the place.
it's your first flip, you're likely not going to make a shitload. Always be browsing real estate listing, see what neighborhoods are good. You'll slowly get an eye for it and be able to spot diamonds that people think are trash.
When you have enough money look into multifamily units as rentals. Semipassive income. Always have decent insurance.

I hold some mutual funds and also receive rental income, total I get roughly $1300 a month passive. Currently a NEET but start school again in September, busted my ass the last 5 years in the Hotel industry (shit sucks, want to try something different).
However when I sell the apartment, the full sum will be invested in a income generating portfolio and I can conservatively expect around $6,400 per month in passive income.
Sucks, because I need to compound it so I can't spend a cent of that, but when I turn mid-40's i'll be laughing.
Some of you may think this is big, but i'm not one of the big boys yet.

I work as a atc for a local airport and part time at a local flight instructing school/college. I work 52-55 hours a week, but I'm single young and live in area that has pretty low housing costs and taxes.
Also invest on the side and have gotten a pretty nice portfolio.

I want to admit that people are making money differently from the beginning of this planet. I am doing money from a different company that is trying to help us with loans, sometimes they just find a suitable service for you that will serve you for a whole month or even year. Furthermore, I also, want to recommend you https://northnloans.ca/ this service that will give you an info about where you can grab some money in a best way.

Making money is not easy. In my opinion, if you need more money, you need to work more. This can be understood from two points of view. First, work more. Second, learn more to get better paid work. For the moment, I have my permanent work and I also study to get higher degree and be promoted later. I also have a side work. I work with https://writinguniverse.com/free-essay-examples/dental-care/ guys. And the incom I get from side work, I put aside to later invest them somewhere to transform them into passive income.
