I'd say he dropped enough hints about himself that 'someone best not fucked with' tracked him down. Certainly as a computer dev, naming the Muslim goes against the current cucked state of that industry. Man needs to eat and can't get work if he has 'problematic' views.
I miss him (for the uninitiated, that's JamFaze, whose youtube channel is one of the best things on that shithole of a site).

He calls out non-reformed Islam, proves that Waleed Aly is a lying, piece of dogshit Islamic apologist, takes some pretty good shots at the Halal food scam and more. Look up 'Auslam' on youtube.

With all the time and resources that The Muslim Brotherhood has put into getting Waleed Aly exactly where they want him, and the general 'bend over for militant Islam' philosophy Australians have at the moment, he definitely pissed off the wrong people.
When you take shots at Turnbull, Aly, and a host of other powerful pro-Islam dipshits, you're almost certainly going to get tapped on the shoulder by ASIO.

unlikely.
this stuff
>I'd say he dropped enough hints about himself that 'someone best not fucked with' tracked him down.
is irrelevant, they wouldn't need anything to find him if he was under investigation, they'd get more than enough from youtube itself.
If he gave away too much personal information what is more likely is that an Islamic or "anti racist" group worked out who he was and held it over his head.

Yeah. JamFaze is a sick cunt, but he only releases videos every few months. He even talks about how he browses 8chan /v/ and a few other boards.

he wakes up one day to find an email or facebook message to one of his normie accounts asking about his youtube videos
Antifa sometimes try to get people to give info on others, and SRS on reddit would find the dox of people who were the moderators of various subreddits they were attacking then message them demanding that they disappear and transfer the mod-ship of the subreddits (or just give account login details) in exchange for not being outright doxed.
Sometimes the threat of doxing is more effective than actually dropping the dox (at which point the target has nothing left to lose and no reason to stop, see: Sven and Mike Enoch). It really varies depending on the situation.
In the case of an Islamic group they might prefer the guy just fuck off rather than make a spectacle out of him and attract more attention to him and his material by outing him.

Ahhh. I definitely see how that would be *very* effective as an intimidation tactic. Especially for those of us that want to lead private lives.
