His info is INTERESTING which is not the same as relevant. Oftentimes the things he posts only have peripheral relevance to what he's actually arguing, but because he just postvomits a whole bunch of references lots of people think his arguments actually have merit.
Example, he posted a lot of stuff about VicPol corruption to support his feud against the Crowley LARPers. Problem is, anyone who was paying attention during the investigations into VicPol knew that the cops were on the take from Bikies, not from a bunch of 'fuck you daddy'-tier occultists.
Also I'm pretty sure his spergouts are a result of him not taking/forgetting to refill his medication as they seemingly occurred at quite regular intervals.

That's not how it works; any state can extradite to another, so long as the crime was committed on the same state as the court is.
Not too familiar with the OTO case beyond quickly searching it, but it seems they committed slander/hate speech/religious vilification on a Victorian-based plaintiff and it was taken before a Victorian court, then they refused to comply with the court's ruling, stating that Victoria can't prosecute someone from NSW, which they can as the plaintiff was from Vic.
Thus, the extradition from NSW to Vic is totally legit and doesn't seem to have anything to do with corruption, but rather the plaintiff getting uppity that they didn't comply and forced the court/police system to take action, else it looks like the courts will let you go if you're in another state, which would set a great precedent for all manner of crimes.

in all the sections for racial and religious vilification, including the (criminal) serious vilification offenses (which is what Blair Cottrell and friends got done under) there's a specific entry that states the conduct can have occurred outside Victoria.
for example:
RACIAL AND RELIGIOUS TOLERANCE ACT 2001 - SECT 7
Racial vilification unlawful
(1) A person must not, on the ground of the race of another person or class of persons, engage in conduct that incites hatred against, serious contempt for, or revulsion or severe ridicule of, that other person or class of persons.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), conduct—
(a) may be constituted by a single occasion or by a number of occasions over a period of time; and
(b) may occur in or outside Victoria.
Note
"Engage in conduct" includes use of the internet or e-mail to publish or transmit statements or other material.
There are pretty broad exceptions in other parts of the legislation that apply to the lower tier 'vilification' though.
But yes you can be dragged to a tribunal in Victoria by a complainant under the 'civil' vilification section or potentially even be prosecuted for "serious vilification" in Victoria even if you have never lived in Victoria.
