the fact that the american never pay us anything, so now, we have to deal with that. Babies born with AO cant survive in the outside world, so it need ppl to taking care of, and that cost money….a lot. The program survive by relying on the GOV and private funding.
There are some NGO and organization support the VAVA Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/dioxin,mainly Japan.
