So far I have a system for the game but no content.

-Inventory
-Moving to different locations
-Day Night cycle (kinda)
-Stamina
Basic but needs to be redone:
-Combat system
-NPC conversation system
-NPC moods /(emotional) status effects
Needs:
-Characters
-Quests
-General content
I have a game without content. But the system has functionality of a basic rpg.
