How much does the average Steam game make in the first month?

I think I read some time ago that the average sales for indie steam games is 7000 (during the first year or so it makes most of it).
Of course this is an average that include the shit games and the top releases so you can't really be too sure. I think is safer to check by genre and see how well they sell in SteamSpy and stuff.
For example Youtube-bait kind of games generally sell like 3 or 4 times more than the rest of indies.
