Any should do if you’re diapered correctly. Leaks most often occur around the leg openings so make sure that your leak guards are creating a snug seal around each opening. Obviously keep the wand where it should go and don’t place it right on the tapes like a dumb baby.

I've tried many brands, some local and some international like Abena and Tena, none of them can hold an entire night in my case. I always have to change to a fresh one in the midle of the night and that can be a bit annoying.

I'd suggest trying to sleep on your back or stomach if you're padded and wet, this will keep your legs from squeezing urine out of the diaper and will prevent your leg guards from being forced open which can prevent leaks. Also good practice if you plan on wetting in your sleep since the urine will run down the front or back of the diaper instead of towards the flimsy sides with little padding.

Plastic pants of course will help, but I've always found them to be too hot and they dig into my skin sometimes which irritates it. So be sure to get proper fitting ones that are made of decent material as to not cause chaffing.

Also try to go to bed somewhat dry, seems pretty obvious but then your diaper will not only be able to hold more, it will also have less of a chance of causing rashes and smelling up your room / skin.

Better quality diapers like ABU Simple's are my go to for night time diaper, they last such a long time I've almost never had to change in the middle of the night while wearing them (unless my wife has been changing me in my sleep without my knowing haha.) Here's my trick.

1st Buy whatever decent abdl or medical diapers you want (wider crotched diapers will work better for thickness).

2nd buy a pack of booster pads.

Now, instead of using the boosters like intended, you are going to put them inside the diaper padding.

I.E. cut a horizontal slit in the outer shell a few inches below the rear waistband, then slide as many boosters as you want inside the diaper.

Finally, seal the slit with tape (clear packaging or ducktape works well).

You can experiment with the exact placement of the pads inside the diaper for your preferred fit and feel. You may also want to try using this method with diapers one size larger than you normally wear.

Its a bit more clumpy than the booster method I discussed, but it makes for a more pillowy diaper when dry. I would eat plenty of fiber in the morning or the night before to have a good, squishy mess. Also try taking psyllium husk, it's normie friendly, which means it doesn't have any fetish connotation so you don't have to hide it. If someone ask, you say it's a fiber supplement (which is).

Psyllium is something that takes a while to have an effect (about half a week), the soon you start taking it, the better.

One teaspoon daily is enough for most people, personally I take more, mix it up with juice or something you like to drink because it won't dissolve easily and tastes like dust. Make sure to drink a lot of water afterwards, this is important.

Feed the diaper between your legs and try to get it as even as you can. Then use your back to hold the back of the diaper in place against the wall. Pull the front of the diaper so it's pretty snug in place and fasten the top tapes to hold it up so you can get a good fit when you do the bottom tapes the same way you did while laying down.
