I believe he just wears XL size diapers, when probably a medium would fit him fine. That way you just wet them the normal amount and the results are what you see there. Pretty simple actually, if you purchase a huge diaper you're gonna get a huge diaper. He also will usually put a few boosters in it to fill the empty space, either that or a second diaper. Could be wrong, maybe he modifies them a bit somehow but I don't think so.

Maybe, I've never actually tried something like that but I'd imagine there is a much greater risk of leaking and it might be a bit uncomfortable not to be able to move around as much. On the flipside, probably pretty squishy and makes for good pics

I've done something like that a few times, it's amazing. I go for the next size up or so then what I usually wear, pack in some boosters and usually reinforce the taps to help keep it up. Can go 24 hours in it easy, longer if you don't wet too much.
Leaking can be an issue, and I pretty much have to crawl around but it feels so good. Just make sure to give yourself a good clean and let your skin rest after.
