That's because BabyStar has hit the biggest pitfall of crowdfunding, she's basically hit what I would call the Star Citizen point in being a creator. She realizes that she can make far more money from her sucker fans by dragging the comic out as long as possible.
I can 100% bet that her autistic ass stopped caring about this comic YEARS ago. You can see it in how little she cares about drawing well or even consistently. But really, is anyone surprised an autistic furfag is a lazy, uninspired waste of time?

Quality aside.
Comic artists draw a page a day(work week, 20 per month). but that's just penciling, there's still inking, lettering, and coloring. Being generous she's doing the work of 3 people which should be 6-7 pages per month. You can argue that pencils are same time as inks so that's still 10 pages for one person in a month total 160 hours.
If she's doing it part time, one a week actually sounds reasonable. (Pro can do a complete page in 16 hours)
