Real solipsism *denies* simulation theory: only my consciousness is real, the rest can be either real or not real, it doesn't matter. Once my physical body dies, material reality collapses and my consciousness continues somewhere else.
Simulation theory comes and destroy this assumption, assuming there is a "central server" somewhere, and only your consciousness is real while *inside* the simulation. Once you are outside the simulation, everything comes back to "normal" and you interact with other "real" consciousnesses.
This is just disguised collectivism, with a bearded man hidden as the central architect.
