Galactic Confederation. Also called Galactic Federation. This is a loose confederate union of positive civilizations within this Galaxy, such as Pleiadians, Sirians, Arcturians… Its leaders are ascended masters, beings that live in enlightened state of consciousness. Ashtar Command is a section of Galactic Confederation which primary function is to liberate planet Earth from the grip of the dark forces.

They have many physical motherships in Earth orbit that are cloaked with tachyonic membrane and are thus non-detectable for all optical/radar instruments of the Cabal. They have prevented nuclear war on Earth many times over. Also, they have prevented many earthquakes as they stabilize tectonic plate activity. Their main motivation is to share happiness and love they have achieved themselves as a result of their spiritual growth, with not so fortunate Earth population.

There is a strong disinfo campaign against Galactic Confederation that started in mid-90s as the Cabal realized that Galactic Confederation is a serious threat to their New World Order plans. Many Earth based contactees for the Confederation were subjected to intense Monarch mind programming and in fact “Ashtar Command” was made to be a trigger word to activate strong denial alters. This programming also resulted in most channels to lose contact with the Confederation and they began channeling astral shells instead. This served to additionally disprove channeling as a reliable source to get higherdimesional information. Today there are very few reliable channels but that does not change the fact that Galactic Confederation is a very strong and reliable force that will make itself known at the time of First Contact.

Resistance Movement. This is a group of freedom fighters who live in subterranean dwellings in the upper part of Earth’s crust. They have a constant physical contact with underground Pleiadian bases in Himalaya and under Bora-Bora island. Their official public contact is Cobra.

With assistance from the Confederation, they have cleared all remaining Reptilian forces from this solar system. Shortly after the year 2000 they have also cleared all subterranean Reptilian bases in severe battles. Then they shifted their focus towards clearing most black budget military programs and technologies, which they did successfully.

After that they have placed their agents inside the military and alphabet agencies to help the Positive Military group with their Plan that is coming to fruition now. Main motivation of the Resistance Movement is to help liberate the planet, so they can stop living in caves and move on to more prospective missions elsewhere in the Galaxy.

Positive Military. This is the most powerful positive group on the surface of the planet. They have developed the Plan for planetary liberation with unseen assistance from the Resistance Movement. Around three quarters of the military agrees with this plan and this is sufficient critical mass for this plan to become reality. Drake is their public representative.

White Dragon Society. This group represents interests of some old Chinese royal lineages, supported with many martial arts groups around the world. Their contact person is Benjamin Fulford. Their main motivation is to bring down the Cabal, but their motives may not be completely pure, as they see their role in the new society after the Event as a little bit too dominant and controlling. They also have a strong financial interest in the funds that will be released after the take down of the Cabal. Actually the Resistance had some problems with them in February at secret negotiations about the new financial system and this has resulted in some delays in timeline for the Event.

Una OBSERVACIÓN DE Javier Marti , nos da claridad y nos permite entender más lo que representa. "Para los que creen que tienen que elevar su frecuencia vibratoria, debemos tener claro que la matrix holográfica actual, la cual es nuestra realidad, nos puede llevar máximo a la 10D (Dimensión). Only the mutated Anunnaki, their hybrids and the races of the Drakonian nations needed gold and other things to sustain manifestation, as they lacked the 8th and 12th DNA strands and have monadic reversal and couldn't draw perpetual energies directly from Source.

This is another song and dance from the middle council fallen Elohim, the Nibiru Anunnaki, Nephilim, Kurrendara and Dracos.

The hidden agenda is not as bad as the Nephedem and pure Drakonian Black Sun Strains who desire human exploitation to extinction, but it is a sinister agenda none the less.

These guys seek to "befriend" us as our long lost progenitors. They then desire to hybridize with our Diamond Suns to get their missing coding, while mutating the 12-strand potential OUT of our gene pool through code saturation and monadic reversal.

They want to "help us evolve" only into the D-4 frequencies where they can interact with Earth more directly, then "cap" our evolution so we never actualize the 12-strand … as this would place us at a higher evolution and greater power than they are. Their agenda is pro-Anunnaki, Dracos and Beli-Kudyem evolution and anti-Adami-Kudmon Turaneusiam original 12-strand evolution. With friends like this we don't need enemies!

The Nibiruian Councils and the Fallen Elohim matrices that are behind a lot of false angelic contacts and who run the "Galactic Federation" con.

Guardian Alliance knows these guys, because whenever the Galactic Federation gets into trouble with the lizard big guns from Drakonian Orion (D-11 avatars and their Nephedem and Drakonian family lines), they come crawling to Guardian Alliance and Emerald Order Melchizedek Councils for protection and to "make deals"…

Guardian Alliance will deal with them occasionally and protect them here or there, if they can do something in exchange to assist the pro-all peaceful evolution agendas of the Guardian Alliance.

Guardian Alliance doesn't trust them as far as they can see them because whenever deals are made these guys back out on their end as soon as they got what they wanted (usually localized protection from a Drakonian "hot spot").

They are now, and always have been, interested in hi-jacking human evolution to keep humans as their subservient pawns, and they hold a One World Order mind-control agenda toward earth humans, just as does the Orion Drakonian crew.

Part of this programming is the false and twisted history, to hide our true lineage and the fact that they have abused, mutated and exploited our race for hundreds of thousands of years.

They are using the LIE that have used with our race for 200,000+ years, that they made us from animals and are thus are our forefathers and "gods
