Are you ESL? Your writing is hard to understand. If the black egg thing was a video or demonstration or something there's a good chance it was fake. It's much easier to fake magic than to do it legitimately.

A good cleansing technique for beginners is to just use running water. Get cold, running water and as it passes over you imaging it washing away whatever quality or curse you want to remove.

Another good technique is when you feel the curse beginning, imagine it as a black cloud or some such thing surrounding you, and visualize sucking the energy from it, eating it, moving it to your gut for digestion. Keep doing this diligently until you feel the power of the curse waning.

You should also look into creating sigils or protective thoughtforms. Should be useful for combating curses.

I have never dealt with any paranormal phenomena, I usually did not believe in them, just experience as above things. Ateism in family here. scratching has become a nuisance but without who and what he did to me probably would never solve this issue myself and so far probably would be some chemiotherapy, because doctors said that she is completely healthy and nobody knew why it was scratching.
